Excellent undiscovered gem.
Pros:

Beautiful room and excellent staff.

Cons:

The shower was too fiddly. One dial for three operations, needed to use reception staff to sort it.

Toller Service. Sehr nett und aufmerksam. Kleines, feines Hotel in Top Lage. Zimmer ausreichend groß, kleine Kleiderschränke und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem rundum zu empfehlen. Nur 2 Minuten bis zur Kings Road und Sloane Square - mitten in Chelsea.

It was a very homie and comfortable place to stay. It made our vacation comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

You very much like the fact that we had a couch in our room. That was pretty wonderful. However, I was traveling with a friend and we asked at least twice for two separate beds and got to our room and there was one king size bed and it had to be taken apart and made into two twins that were only a couple of inches apart. That was too close.

Cons:

There were two or three days that our room was not cleaned by the time we got back. Sometimes we were gone for more than 12 hours in the room was not cleaned, but the staff
was very very accommodating! They got us everything we needed like new towels, and coffee pods, etc.

Perfect place to rest for a nosy city
Pros:

The location is perfect to escape the noisy London, so nice and quiet place to rest after rooming around, the decoration and the style of the interior design is so pretty and nice, gives a cozy vibes

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner très en dessous du niveau de l hôtel. Annonce comme compris mais su final ce qui est compris c est des toast médiocres du beurre sans goût et des confitures en mini pots. Pour avoir des œufs il faut payer 35 livres de plus. Et pour une viennoiserie 7 livres. Pour 500 eur la chambre très décevant.
