Price doesn’t match the service
Pros:

The location is great and surrounding is lovely

Cons:

We recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was excellent and very convenient, unfortunately the overall experience did not match the price we paid.

The room itself was in need of some care and attention, as it felt quite tired and could benefit from refurbishment. We also experienced ongoing issues with the TV throughout our stay, which was frustrating.

When we raised this with staff, the response was disappointing — we were told that resolving the issue was “not in my job description,” which is not what you would expect in terms of customer service.

Overall, while the location is a strong point, the service and facilities do not currently justify the cost. With some improvements, this could be a much better experience.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, bringing us a coffee machine and tea-making facilities. We were given a room upgrade without asking.7
The location is a quiet street a short walk from Sloane Square underground, several bus routes and the King's Road.

Excellent
Pros:

Because of him, we definitely want to come back. He was there when we arrived very early in the morning, and he was amazing from the very beginning. I’ve honestly never stayed in a better hotel—what an amazing experience in England. I loved it. It’s my favorite by far. We actually wanted to have a chat with him, but we had to catch our flight, so we had to leave in a hurry. Sending love from Turkey to the receptionist 🙋‍♂️
