Great staff , good location , comfortable rooms great breakfast good transport links ..
Pros:

Everything about the hotel,staff accommodation , comfort , site of hotel , bus stop for bus to Airport , city centre just outside entrance .......close to the sea , close by local shops and easy to get to the centre . The Staff all were friendly and great socable could not wish for better ........would love to stay again in the future ........it is the way all hotels should be run !!! Hard to find better The breakfast is great !!

Cons:

Unfortunately the spa area let the hotel down .....pool area lacks any feeling no soft music , nothing on the walls it almost felt as abandonded .......the jaccuzzi was too cold never been in a colder one ? The Sauna is shabby ..the seating is bowed and looks as if collapsing ..there are no stones on the heater and therefore also not hot enough ........the Steam room has a pipe that is splitting through the wall at the base ......it has weird shell seating white in colour and the tiles on the floor are breaking up .......there is a shower that is very good but part of a room that is large but nothing else in it except 1 shower ?? This spa lets the hotel down terribly and is badly in need of a complete overhaul as it is nowhere as good as the hotel itself . The operator that greets you is lovely but she can only manage what she has to work with . We was told it is to be renovated at sometime in the future ........its the only negative on the hotel .

Hotel może nie taki zły, ale był rozczarowaniem względem zdjęć

Przyjemna część wspólna - bardzo fajny taras/ogród ogólnodostępny hotelu, śniadania

Cons:

- Brak informacji (w czasie mojego pobytu) na booking o tym, że dzieci na kryty basen późnym popołudniem i wieczorem nie mogą wchodzić - dla niektórych to będzie plus, ale dla nas bardzo duże negatywne zaskoczenie - musieliśmy rano chodzić z dzieckiem na „obiecany basen”
- zdecydowanie większa część hotelu jest schowana w głębi lądu względem części pokazywanej na zdjęciach (czyli od tej przy basenach i od strony morza) gdzie widok z okna może mocno rozczarować

De voorzieningen, mooie ligging, ontbijt

Cons:

Rare indeling met 2 gebouwen met een straat ertussen: ontbijt in de ene, gym in de andere. Hoewel we 4 kamers samen geboekt hebben: in verschillende gebouwen. Hoewel er volgens de site kamers van 3 waren, konden we ze niet online boeken en moesten we voor 7 4 kamers boeken. Ligging ver van centrum funchal

Krásný hotelový komplex skládající se ze 3 budov s výhledem na oceán.

Výborná bufetová snídaně i večeře, nádherná poloha hotelu a výhled na oceán.

Cons:

Voda ve vířivka byla studenější, měla stejnou teplotu jako vnitřní bazén.

Heaven On Earth !!!
Pros:

Heaven on Earth! Everything about the hotel was great, near the sea and very conveniently located. Buses ran by the hotel for any trips we wanted to take to town. The breakfast was massive, and the facilitis great! We found an excellent restaurant nearby called Marisqueira O Barqueiro - our favourite restaurant in Madeira.
