Sikke en dejlig hotel.
Pros:

Meget venlig og hjælpsom personale ... i receptionen, baren, restauranten... ja over alt. Stor og luftig hotel lejlighed med MEGET komfortable senge, og skønne fælles arealer...pools, bar, sauna, osv. Hotellet ligger en 10-15 minutter med bussen fra Funchals centrum men det gør absolut ikke noget; gode busser lige uden for døren, og er flere virkelige gode lokale restauranter. (Lufthavns-bussen stopper for resten LIGE ved døren.) Vi spiste også aftenbuffeten (ny "tema" hver aften) på hotellet et par gange og det var en ret gode overraskelse, både prismæssigt og mht. kvalitet. Vi vil absolut tilbage til Golden Residens.
Jeg havde fødselsdag mens jeg var der.... og fik en lille gave fra hotellet!

Cons:

Kan ikke komme i tanke om noget!... så skulle det være, at der manglede afsætningsplads på den ellers ret så store badeværelse. Men det er småting.

Adoramos a nossa estadia no Golden Residence!
O hotel está muito bem localizado, em uma zona tranquila e com supermercados e restaurantes próximos. Toda a equipa do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa, pequeno almoço muito bom e o jantar Madeirense estava maravilhoso! Nossos filhos fizeram amizade com o Sr. Lino e não queriam vir embora. :)

Voltaremos com prazer!
Pros:

Gostámos muito da vista, da localização, o pequeno almoço foi excelente e muito diversificado, o lobby é muito luminoso e arejado. A possibilidade de usar o SPA ao final do dia foi uma agradável surpresa.

Cons:

O quarto (a casa de banho) tem uma decoração um pouco datada, mas nada de muito grave.

Pros:

Місцерозташування з неймовірним видом ( ми бронювали корпус С з видом на океан ) , смачні та якісні сніданки ( великий вибір фруктів) привітний персонал, який виконав всі побажання. В 2 хвилинах великий ТЦ з великою кількістю магазинів та гарним супермаркетом. Є власний паркінг 7 евро доба . Таксі в центр в середньому коштувало 8-10 евро . В аеропорт 25-30 евро . Зупинка автобуса прямо біля готелю ( але ми не користувалися, брали авто напрокат) . Готель в реальності сподобався більше , ніж по фото.

Cons:

Не було халатів та капців (навіть за гроші) . Номери , як на мій смак прості , але в гарному стані . Відкритий Басейн був не гарно підігрітий для цієї пори року.

Pros:

Schöne, geschmackvolle und gepflegte Anlage. Im Poolbereich gibt es auch ruhige Ecken, in denen man sich auf Liegen mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer entspannen kann.

Cons:

Oberhalb der Anlage wird gebaut, das führt aktuell zeitweise zu Lärmbelästigung.
