Fantastisch
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen.
Personeel erg behulpzaam en attent.
Genoten van de prachtige omgeving.
Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, de broodjes verrukkelijk.
De warme maaltijd in het restaurant is een echte aanrader.
Wij zouden zeker terug willen komen.

Location, location, location... Great room, wonderful staff, and tasty breakfast!
Pros:

The bus for Neuschwanstein Castle is just outside the front door! Our room was perfect, with a wonderful patio providing views of the Alps. The breakfast was everything you wanted and a little more. The staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant provided a wonderful Bavarian meal experience.

Cons:

Everything was excellent.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern und schön ausgestattet. Die Schlösser sind mit dem Auto ca. 3min entfernt. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Lovely hotel and very convenient for the castles
Pros:

The breakfast was a good selection of items, with cereals, meats, cheese, bread, fruits and a couple of hot items, juices and fresh coffee. The ladies in the breakfast salon were very helpful and everything was nicely presented. Everything was very fresh and many of the items seemed to be locally sourced. I especially enjoyed the selection of breads.
Although, the hotel indicated in their description that bags would need to be carried up the stairs to the rooms on the first and second floor, there is a very small lift. It only takes one person at a time. We sent our main suitcase with my partner and I carried the smaller suitcases up the stairs.
Parking around the hotel is very good.
Although, the room faced the main road the windows were well glazed and we experienced no road noise. Very quiet room.
Room had a nice little sitting area with a small settee, which made the room feel very roomy.

Cons:

Surprisingly for a tourist area, the menu was only in German. When I asked about eating there, they said it would not be a problem they would help me with the menu. Based on this offer, I decided to eat there. However, once I had been served a beer they proceeded to ignore me for the next fifteen to twenty minutes, even though I was ready to order. When eventually I got a server's attention, she only knew pork and knew none of the other dishes.
Only having the menu in German is not the issue, but offering to help then being rude enough to simply ignore me is the thing that is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we had arrived late at the hotel and I went straight into eat without having a chance to connect to wifi; otherwise I could have sorted out the translations myself.
One point to note is that the restaurant is not operated by the hotel, as is often the case in this area of Bavaria.

Sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine Speisekarte. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind schön. Gerne wieder.

Eine erholsame Woche! Dank der tollen Lage, dem netten Personal, der tollen Frühstücksversorgung!

Es wurde in einen Fahrstuhl investiert -> somit können auch Personen mit Geheinschränkungen besser die in Etagen gelangen! Sehr sauber; sehr freundliches Personal; eine sehr gute Auswahl zum Frühstück; sehr gute Lage

Pros:

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und modernes Zimmer, welches nach hinten raus gelegen war.
Somit war es schön ruhig.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, der Service top und das Frühstück jeden Morgen war großartig.
Die Gaststube war ebenfalls wunderbar. Guter und freundlicher Service und das Essen fantastisch.
Das Hotel ist von der Lage auch günstig gelegen.
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war ebenfalls prima.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😀
