Pros:

Staff were very helpful. They accommodated an early check in and a late check out.

Location was awesome. CLose to everything.

Cons:

Flimsy wood decor, Bathroom water did not drain at all. AC flooded the floor with water and made my son fall down in the middle of the night.

For the money I spent this is not worth it. Its just the location which was great

Amazing stay if we will be back we want stay again in Silberstein Hotel. Thank you Jorge!
Pros:

I stayed with my son in December. We had o really nice welcome. All the staff is amazing. Room very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast very nice. Was the first time in Santa Cruz and Galapagos. We are from Portugal. Jorge the director is an amazing Host!!

Cons:

We had nothing to dislike.

Overall it was a lovely experience. Location was excellent and the staff. Would stay here again!

LOCATION WAS PERFECT. so close to everything. And appreciate how helpful the staff were every day and night.

Cons:

The WiFi didn't reach into our rooms so we just didn't have wifi the entire stay.

Realmente no recomiendo este hotel , la relación precio servicio es malo , mi novia se accidentó en sus instalaciones y nunca hicieron nada por ayudarnos, no entiendo cómo ustedes pueden tener en su lista hoteles de este tipo

Pros:

Estaba en el hotel por dos noches. Segundo día, no vaciar el cubo de la basura aunque el cubo de la basura estaba lleno y no cambiar las toallas aunque las toallas estaba usadas, hubo dos problemas. Tambien pensé que el piso estaba sucio. Luego fue difícil conseguir algunos de hielo. Así que no quiro recomendar este hotel a una amiga.

The location is absolutely perfect. Close walking to everything, restaurants, fish market, Charles Darwin centre, and harbour. Qiuet. the staff were more than helpful.

Pros:

Our room and the bathroom were both on the small side. The air conditioning was very hard to regulate, basically one temperature and fan speed. It was too cold with it on and too hot with it off. While the pool area was nice, we sure wish there would have been lounge chairs. Mainly tables and chairs, plus three half loungers. I expected more for the money so was disappointed with what we got.

La ubicacion es muy buena. La habitacion es comoda y la limpieza muy buena. Conexion a wifi muy buena. Pero siendo un hotel lindo, los servicios adicionales estan totalmente fuera de precio. Caminando 2 calles, se pueden encontrar las mismas cosas a mitad de precio. Entonces no se puede disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel consumiendo sus servicios (cena, tragos, contratar excursiones, etc). Por ejemplo, una excursion a Isla Santa Fe que se pagaba 90 usd por persona en el local de enfrente, en el hotel la vendian a 180 por persona. Y asi con el resto de las cosas. Una pena. Ademas, nunca nos enviaron la factura de nuestra estancia y nos perjudicaron economicamente.

My husband surprised me with a trip to Ecuador for my birthday. He booked the flights and accommodations 3 days before we left and we were pleased with our accommodations and the location of Hotel Silberstein!
