The location of the hotel was very nice and beautiful views. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very nice and friendly.
The disabled access room smelt very strongly of damp and if someone had breathing problems then they would have suffered. In the single room the toweling wrack was completely rusty.
I loved the conservatory restaurant where I could sit and see great views of the waterways.
Car park gets very full through day.
The hotels rooms are very outdated and not the cleanest. The restaurant was okay staff wasn’t very helpful. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was blue and my partners food was slightly cold in the middle.
The food was very undercooked and not how we asked for. The rooms weren’t the cleanest and outdated. The staff were nowhere to be found if you needed anything.
Location was ideal for the party we went to, staff were very kind and friendly
Was put in room 121 which was a long way from the main entrance as we had a 3 year old, room seemed quite old, could do with a re vamp, main bed was comfy but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all
Location was key for us. We know the area very well and love the waterway.
Nothing to dislike
No milk out at breakfast so had to keep asking for milk for cereal for coffee
the view
The room was filthy and tired
the food was shocking
Comfortable with pleasant staff
Nothing to complain about
Good view..
No sky TV, no mini bar..
The location of the hotel is excellent. If you love hiking/walking,there's plenty to explore.
The immediate area at the front of the hotel is full of swans and lots of other sea birds.
The breakfast was .your typical cooked breakfast and
Continental also. My room was a good size.i didn't have a spectacular view. But I am sure that there are other room with great views.. I will definitely re-book again.
