Reception staff were not very friendly, useless, very slow (despite the late checking-in), and charging for depsoit watrranty that took 3 weeks to be refundedf on my bank account. Totally unacceptable!

Plus, NO indication of NH Hotel car-park...

Breakfast wasn’t that great. Example Scrambled eggs were very runny and bacon wasn’t cooked. But other than that, great hotel. Note, last couple breakfast’s we had there were very good

Pros:

Great stay at NH hotel, perfect for an overnight stop before an early flight. Junior suite was perfect for kids to be in a separate area, and the sofa bed was very comfy. We enjoyed a buffet dinner in the restaurant, service was excellent.

I would have given this hotel a top rating - it is clean, stylish and modern. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The air conditioning in the room was the best I’ve ever experienced- it was pleasantly cool although the temperatures outside were 30° +
There was no airport noise inside the room despite being so very close to the airport - literally the terminal was just over the road.
The evening buffet meal was plentiful and varied as was the breakfast next morning.
My disappointment with this hotel came on my return home. I found I’d been charged €17 extra on my credit card.
I knew I had not used the mini bar and confirmed this with staff on check out.
It took 3 emails to query this charge before they said they would refund my account.
This has left me with a somewhat jaded view of this hotel.
