Excellent!
Pros:

I stayed at the Palm Court with my family and bridesmaids while we were in Aberdeen shopping for wedding dresses. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had an early start one morning which was before breakfast was served so the staff kindly made us pack lunches with hot rolls, tea/coffees and pastries for us to take away. It was very much appreciated.

Had a nice cozy stay, plenty of free parking spaces
Pros:

All staff very friendly and helpful and made it our home for a couple of days with our dog Coco, very dog friendly staff.

This is our 2nd visit to the Palm Court and both times have been extremely good.
Pros:

Breakfast was freshly cooked with a good selection of items on offer.
Good selection of non cooked food available from the self service buffet.
Good geographical location being outside the Aberdeen UKEZ zone and easy access to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
Last, but not least, the staff were excellent in assisting with a flat tyre that occurred overnight. Many thanks to all.

Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more — every detail went exactly to plan, and the Palm Court team managed everything with such calm and confident expertise.
They took our ideas on board with genuine enthusiasm, guiding us through the design and aesthetics while adding thoughtful touches that elevated the entire experience. Their ability to understand and translate our vision into reality was remarkable.
