Super comfy bed. Loved the bath. Great location for walking to lots of stuff.
The toilet didn’t flush very well, the shower leaked and left the floors soaked and biggest complaint is that it was so noisy with a party on the roof every single night blasting music for hours.
This hotel is excellently located, with restaurants, bars, and the beach all within walking distance. If you're traveling for work or attending a conference, it’s an ideal option. The air conditioning and hot water—both essential for me when traveling for business—were consistently reliable and met my expectations.
Wifi is a bit slow
The location was excellent was very far from the pier. The distance from the pier and the mall was amazing for walking and enjoy the atmosphere. bring walking shoes tho.
It’s was nice however u can’t control the A/C its been control by the staff.. the shower leak outdoors … need extra towel to hold the water … u will not sleep because of the bar across the street they love to party.

El hotel está en excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras de la playa y a una cuadra de la Quinta Avenida, si quieres salir a restaurantes o bares, pero tener posibilidad de disfrutar del rooftop y comer, esta es la mejor opción. El rooftop se ve renovado, tiene muy buen ambiente y varios eventos diferentes los fines de semana, aparte tienen un restaurante de sushi que está buenísimo; definitivamente volveré (también puedes disfrutar el sol ahí si no quieres estar en la playa).
La recepción fue muy amable y el check-in fue rápido; incluso me permitieron hacer check-in antes de las 3 pm. Mi habitación estuvo excelente, con jacuzzi, y además nos dieron una bebida de bienvenida. Fui por una escapada de fin de semana, pero la próxima vez volveré por más días.

We arrived early & in order to check in we were expected to pay a fee (which would have been ok ) but were informed that we had to pay in cash (questionable), no exceptions were made when we informed Jonathon (front desk ) that we didn’t have pesos or dollars…we were forced to go to ATM to withdraw cash. Once we got to our room, the shower flooded the bathroom & when we asked for additional towels it was an issue additionally the air conditioning was not functioning. Unfortunately our consensus upon leaving is that this hotel is poorly managed & the pictures on site are optical illusion.

The manager here is absolutely disgusting. I booked one night through booking for my wedding and then asked to extend for another night, explaining it would be the night before the wedding for myself only. They said it would be no problem but they didn't book the room. I tried to show them where they had confirmed the room on booking but the manager was EXTREMELY rude, telling me that the "Contact the Property" option on booking isn't them (it is) and that they didn't have my booking. Incredibly poor service when somebody has specifically mentioned that this will be their wedding. This guy was very quick to get angry and made comments which were borderline racist. He should not be in managers role when suffering from small man syndrome.
Next the heavy wardrobe collapsed on me whilst I was brushing my teeth at the sink unit in front. Causing a significant blow to my head.
Then as if this wasn't enough. We arrived on the night of the wedding with the key we received earlier and it didn't work. One hour later and nobody had attended reception or answered the phone. We had to take a taxi to another hotel. I contacted booking during this hour but they couldny make contact either.
When we went for our things the next day I was told by the reception that they had let the manager know about the contact from booking, and he had said that he wasny going to refund. Obviously booking are refunding my money though given the we didnt receieve the paid service. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!
Everything seems and is a little old (for instance, the tv only has cable tv).

No me respetaron mi reserva a pesar de tenerla confirmada. Llegue al alojamiento y ni pude usar las instalaciones a pesar de ya haber pagado mi estancia. La persona que nos atendió no mostró apoyo o soluciones era ya por la noche y fue complicado encontrar nuevo alojamiento.
This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area.
Room was slightly unclean with a little bit of particles left on the floor. Other than that a pretty decent place.
