Good despite minor drawbacks.
Pros:

The location is excellent, making access to the aquapark and the sea very easy. No shuttle is needed. The food is good and sufficient. The staff are very friendly.

Cons:

I booked a triple room, they put a sofa bed next to the double bed, but it wasn't comfortable at all, it creaked constantly, and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all. The pillows were also uncomfortable. They only provided water on the first day; you have to buy water from the market on subsequent days. The shampoo and hand soap weren't good quality. They only provided two towels for three people. Waiting for the elevator was a waste of time.

Un grand merci tout particulier à Madame Nadia, la Marocaine, qui a été exceptionnelle avec nous. Toujours souriante, disponible et à l’écoute, elle nous a énormément aidés tout au long de notre séjour. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence.

Pros:

La limpieza y el acceso gratuito al aquapark

Cons:

Dos cosas:
- La oferta de bebidas ofertadas en el Todo Incluido era mínima, (de sólo 2 cócteles, por ejemplo), y de muy mala calidad. Las marcas incluidas de ron, whisky, ginebra o vodka eran pésimas, y no te daban opción de elegir entre marcas, a no ser que pagaras suplemento, claro. No las conocían ni los propios camareros, e incluso se reían de las marcas. Entiendo que no oferten marcas premium como Chivas, pero también hay alcoholes de gama media que están muy bien, como Dyc o J&B. Me parece una vergüenza que te obliguen a beber licores pésimos que sabían a rayos y por el contrario tengas que pagar por un Arehucas que es de Gran Canaria!!
- El horario de la cena. En principio no era malo, acababa a las 21:30. El problema es que a las 21:05 ya estaban empezando a recoger! A y 15 ya no había comida en directo y faltabsn bastantes bandejas. Desde las 21 horas comienzan a reciger poco a poco para que te des maña y te vayas. Entiendo que la mayoría de huéspedes son extranjeros, y ya se sabe sus horarios, pero también hay españoles, y estamos en un hotel español, donde no a todo el mundo nos apetece cenar a las 20h. En otros hoteles empiezan a recoger a la hora de cierre o 5 minutos antes, aquí lo hacen 30 minutos antes y te presionan diciendo que cierran.
Una vergüenza las dos cuestiones para un hotel que por lo demás está muy muy bien.

Pros:

L'hotel mette a disposizione il parco acquatico, divertente per i bambini e gli adulti.

Cons:

L'hotel non dispone di parcheggio, ce n'è uno a pagamento davanti o a 5mi uti a piedi un altro sterrato. Colazione pessima per gli italiani, niente di dolce solo uova uova uova e cibo per gli inglesi. A pranzo e a cena sempre maiale (ancora per gli inglesi) e 1 solo tipo di pesce per tutta la vacanza. Buono il buffet frutta e dolci anche se i clienti rovinavano la mise en place sporcando ovunque. (i bambini erano allo stato brado facevano gran disastri!). Purtroppo nonostante nostre lamentele per la colazione e per il fatto che non preparavano packet lunch, abbiamo ricevuto male risposte. (Cioè arrangiatevi!). La spiaggia davanti é mal tenuta e no frangiflutti. Purtroppo risulta essere una baia isolata senza opportunità di passeggiare la sera, unica possibilità l'animazione fino alle 22_23.

Pros:

Los desayunos muy buenos, la habitación genial. La piscina agobiante, poco espacio entre hamacas y la misma. Optamos por la zona cercana a la piscina infantil.

Cons:

El almuerzo y la cena bastante sencillas, la carne dura y el pescado seco.

La habitación muy amplia bastante limpia y con bastante agua caliente
El personal a acepción de dos o tres muy simpáticos y amables
Que el agua park estuviera incluido

La tele solo sintoniza 5 canales en español
