Cons:

Absolutely everything about this hotel. Rude staff , dirty hotel , cockroaches in bedroom , flies around the very bland looking food , horrible experience

Cons:

Higiene deficiente. Las palomas picotean la comida en el bar de la piscina. No hay desinfectante de manos en ningún lugar para comer. Gran parte del parque acuático está en renovación, y no se informó de ello con antelación.

During my stay I was robbed on the hotel premises, right by the pool area. I only left my belongings for a moment to go to the restroom, and during that time my handbag with all of its contents was stolen.

What was even more shocking was the reaction from the hotel staff. Instead of offering any help, I was simply told that the hotel has no cameras, they take no responsibility, and that I can call the police myself. There was absolutely no interest in helping a guest who had just been robbed on their property.

This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot even leave your belongings for a moment in the hotel pool area without the risk of being robbed, and the staff shows no concern at all, it clearly says a lot about the level of safety in this place.

Very disappointing experience. I felt completely unsupported and unsafe. I would never come back and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Una estancia maravillosa.
Pros:

De verdad me gustó todo, la limpieza, las atenciones, las vistas, el área piscina, en fin la pasamos mi esposa y yo súper bien, volvería a repetir sin duda alguna.

Pros:

The rooms were big enough and with a good terrace. We were 4 ok the room (2 adults and two pre-teens) and didn't feel small at all.
The buffet had a good variety of food and changed every day. The pool was clean and plenty of sun beds. Lots of facilities just outside the hotel for keeping the fun level high...or just drove to Puerto Rico which is only 10 mins away.
