Pros:

急な部屋の変更も事情を話したところ、嫌な顔せず苦労しながらも応じていただけた。その他のお願い事も、全て外国人のスタッフさんに対応していただいたが言葉も堪能で本当に助かった。

お風呂に行った時、スリッパが他の方に履かれてしまいなくなっていた。自分も他の方のものを履き、また戻ってスリッパを置いて行った。

ツインルームのベッドサイドにコンセントが１箇所しかなく、不便。
