The shock of Rs 5k extra payment

While booking at Booking.com, I was told my offer rate was 14k + taxes & surcharges = Rs 16k

I was charged 5k higher at Lemon Tree Prsmier 1 -
Rs 16k + taxes & surcharges = Rs 21k

The boy at counter was a novice as he was lost
He did not know my booking was breakfast inclusive. I had to tell him sternly to recheck, before he confirmed.

On the matter of extra 5k, which I ended up paying, lemon Tree tells me to check with Booking.com
While Booking.com tells me to check with Lemon Tree. Who suffers - me with an extra 5k from my pocket.

And yes, why was I not told during booking, this hotel will add surcharge to its invoice amount, apart from taxes !!!!!

War mal besser.
Cons:

Statt einem inkludierten Frühstück gabs Hightee und Happy Hour, was aber im Utlaub eher unwahrscheinlich ist. Die Aussicht ging in einen Müllplatz und der leere Minikühldchrank war dreckig. Die Lage in Sec. 29 ist nicht empfehlenswert
