Superb value for money. Shall keep on visiting since my new business will be in game to Gurgaon from mumbai often.
Pros:

Very utilitarian. AC temperature is just perfect. Lighting is cool. Can walk in leisure valley park.
Had a great people experience when I left my eye drops in the fridge Vivek and Renu from housekeeping kept that safely, called me and handed over when I passed the hotel again after couple of hours. Very high touch experience. Kudos to these two.

Cons:

Bircher Muesli is not authentic:).

We enjoyed our overnight stay which was relaxing, refreshing in a bright and pleasant atmosphere.
Pros:

A very pleasant, low-key hotel with excellent staff. The chef was especially attentive and prepared our dinner according to our dietary needs—it was excellent. We also enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage and steam treatment at the spa. The pool looked very inviting, and I wished I had brought my bathing suit.

The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed, with a warm and homely feel. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of fresh juices, fruits, and a wide variety of cooked dishes.

The shock of Rs 5k extra payment

While booking at Booking.com, I was told my offer rate was 14k + taxes & surcharges = Rs 16k

I was charged 5k higher at Lemon Tree Prsmier 1 -
Rs 16k + taxes & surcharges = Rs 21k

The boy at counter was a novice as he was lost
He did not know my booking was breakfast inclusive. I had to tell him sternly to recheck, before he confirmed.

On the matter of extra 5k, which I ended up paying, lemon Tree tells me to check with Booking.com
While Booking.com tells me to check with Lemon Tree. Who suffers - me with an extra 5k from my pocket.

And yes, why was I not told during booking, this hotel will add surcharge to its invoice amount, apart from taxes !!!!!
