Trotz der guten Einzelaspekte, bleibt ein sehr unguter Nachgeschmack.
Pros:

Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei, es gab warme Gerichte (Rührei war nicht immer durchgebraten) und auch kalte. Nette kleine Brötchen, frisch gepresster O-Saft, frische Waffeln. Das Zimmer war recht groß, es lag ruhig zu einer Seitenstraße, es war sauber und gemütlich. Nur der Fernsehempfang war unterirdisch.
Unten im Hotel gibt es einen großen E-Center, was natürlich sehr praktisch ist.
Die Bar war auch sehr gut. Gutes Essen und viele Getränke zur Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine für uns neue Konzeption zur Zimmerreinigung. Diese wird nur auf Anmeldung bei der Rezeption durchgeführt. Sicherlich ein guter Ansatz im Sinne von Nachhaltigkeit. Ein Problem dabei tritt allerdings auf, wenn es nicht funktioniert. Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Montag dort und haben keine Reinigung gebucht (nur neue Handtücher)Als wir Sonntag Abend wieder kamen, war das Licht im Zimmer an, ein Putzkorb stand mitten drin, unsere Sachen wurden zur Seite geräumt. Es wurde sich zwar bei uns entschuldigt, aber es gab keine vernünftige Erklärung dafür. Es gibt Sachen, wo ich nicht möchte das fremde darin rumwühlen. Hätten wir die Zimmerreinigung gebucht, wäre es was anderes.

Am Wochenende war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer.

Cons:

Am Montagmorgen wurde morgens im Hotel geflext. Das störte sehr. Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn man im Vorfeld darüber informiert worden wäre.

Definitively on my Hotel short list for next short stays in Berlin
Pros:

I very much liked the stay. It served completly my intend.

Cons:

The negative point is the labyrinth of the internal stairs and elevators, some of them not usable on my floor.
I got lost looking the WC near the Reception... :(. Could have more and clearer signs and indications. Room numbering is not standard.
Also it could exist a cheaper option for a light breakfast, for people who just want to get a coffee and a toast and go enjoy the City.

Alles war sauber. Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat und was ich so nicht noch einmal machen würde:

Wir kamen direkt aus dem Urlaub und unsere geplante Ankunftszeit im Hotel lag zwischen 08:00 und 09:00 Uhr. Einen Tag vorher habe ich telefonisch nachgefragt, ob ein früherer Check-in möglich wäre.

Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies nur möglich sei, wenn ich bereits die Nacht zuvor buche. Andernfalls müsste ich bis zum regulären Check-in warten. Um dies zu vermeiden, habe ich eine zusätzliche Nacht gebucht.

Letztendlich konnten wir das Zimmer jedoch nur etwa 2,5 Stunden früher nutzen, mussten dafür aber den vollen Preis für eine komplette zusätzliche Nacht bezahlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diesen frühen Check-in fand ich daher nicht angemessen.

Pros:

Goede bedden en heerlijke airco! Niet gehorig. Qua ligging perfect, dicht bij metro en gezellige restaurantjes. Fietsen bij hotel te huur. Er is ook een grote supermarkt direct onder het hotel.
