Bell'hotel centrale ma... rovinato dai servizi e dalla pulizia, 3 giorno senza pulire la stanza.

Primo giorno sono andato in sala colazione con dei colleghi, all'accoglienza una Signora ci ha fatto attendere 10 minuti sotto la porta per poi dirci che dovevamo andare al ricevimento prenotare la colazione perchè non inclusa, pagare e poi scendere di nuovo con il voucher. Siamo andati via abbiamo fatto colazione a tre minuti di distanza, Ottima colazione ottimo servizio abbiamo speso di mento de € 25,00 che loro chiedono.
La sera torno in hotel e la camera non era stata pulita, sono sceso al ricevimento e il receptionist mi ha detto che la pulizia della camera è solo su richiesta, "strana cosa per un Hotel a quattro stelle..." ho chiesto di avere almeno degli asciugamani per poter fare la doccia prima di andare a cena, mi ha risposto li porto io in camera, dopo un'ora nessuno ha bussato alla porta, sono andato a cena senza fare la doccia al mio ritorno ho trovato gli asciugamani puliti sul desk ma quelli sporchi erano ancora in bagno per terra. Morale della favola... nei miei tre giorni di permanenza anche chiedendo, la camera non è stata mai pulita. Stessa cosa è successa a due altri miei colleghi che sono dovuti scendere spesso per chiedere la carta igienica. Sulle info inoltre ho letto che se avessi voluto il cambio della biancheria del letto il costo era di € 10.00.
Altra nota negativa, l'hotel è ancora pubblicizzato facente parte della catena Accor Mercure, non è affatto vero, ho letto sulle info in TV che non sono più del gruppo Mercure dal 26 di Gennaio 2026. Questa è una correzione che devono fare anche su Booking.com perchè per chi come me è abituato a sceglie l'hotel per gli standard questo è un danno.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε μετρό. Στο ισόγειο του ξενοδοχείου υπήρχε καφετέρια και υπεραγορά , πολυ χρήσιμα για ταξιδιώτες. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Δε δοκιμάσαμε το πρόγευμα, καθώς υπήρχαν πολλές άλλες επιλογές στην περιοχή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και βολικό.

Cons:

Στο δωμάτιο θα ήθελα καλύτερο φωτισμό. Με όλα τα φώτα αναμμένα και ακόμα ο φωτισμός ήταν χαμηλός.
