The non-cleaning policy makes the experience very bad for customers and covers the positive aspects of the nice breakfas
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. Access to public transport is amazing. Room was very nice.

Cons:

Cleaning has to be ordered every single time. The sustainability argument to not clean the apartments daily and change the towels is not convincing. It is obviously done to save costs and increase hotel revenues. The correct way is to have a standard cleaning service daily unless the customer does not want and cancels the cleaning. I had to go to the reception the second day to ask for cleaning because the reception was not answering my calls and although I asked for cleaning I found the room uncleaned and without clean towels when I returned back late in the evening. Calling the reception again to ask what happened did not work again and I had to go again to the reception to ask for clean towels. The receptionist performed a basic cleaning as the cleaning personnel were not at the premises at that time and the sheets remained unchanged. Reception was not responsive at any time keeping me in the call waiting for up to 13 minutes.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Molto pulita, un buon profumo di pulito in ogni corridoio e stanza.
Colazione a buffet eccezionale e ottimo servizio bar durante il giorno e la sera.
Vicinissimo all fermata della metro e vicino a ristoranti carini e a buon prezzo.

Cons:

Un solo ascensore funzionante per tutte la struttura.

Echt dikke prima
Pros:

Superontbijt, mooi hotel, ruime kamer en de entree van de U-Bahn om de hoek dus je bent zo de hele stad door. Supermarkt en andere kleine winkels recht onder het hotel.

Cons:

De bedden waren niet zo goed en de deur van de badkamer heel onhandig geplaatst

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο αλλά λείπει ο επαγγελματισμός …
Pros:

Το κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ καλό σε γενικές γραμμές . Με άνετα δωμάτια , βολικό μπάνιο , εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλους τους χώρους , ευγενικό προσωπικό , το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό με αρκετές επιλογές . Ακριβώς από κάτω είχε μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ και καταστήματα για φαγητό , φούρνος, μαγαζιά περιποίησης. Το μέτρο ήταν στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο του Βερολίνου . Η ηχομόνωση των δωματίων ήταν επίσης εξαιρετική . Το κρεβάτι είχε άνετα στρώματα αλλά θα το ήθελα διπλό το κρεβάτι και όχι ενωμένα δύο μονα κρεβάτια γιατί είχα τον 5 χρόνο γιο μου μαζί ο οποίος εννοείται έπεφτε πάντα στο κενό ανάμεσα στα κρεβάτια . Τα μαξιλάρια επίσης θα τα ήθελα πιο σκληρά ή έστω να είχα διπλό .

Cons:

Το βασικό μας πρόβλημα ήταν η καθαριότητα . Ενώ μας ρώτησαν στην υποδοχή αν θέλουμε να προσπεράσουμε την καθαριότητα και είπαμε όχι διότι θέλαμε να μας καθαρίζουν καθημερινά το δωμάτιο με αλλαγές πετσετών , να παίρνουν τα σκουπίδια κτλ έπρεπε ταυτόχρονα κάθε πρωί να πηγαίνουμε στη ρεσεψιόν να το ζητάμε για να το σημειώσουν και να τους εξηγούμε τι ακριβώς θέλουμε να κάνουν στο δωμάτιο γιατί αλλιώς δεν θα καθάριζαν . Εννοείται ότι μια μέρα δεν ήρθαν καθόλου ,το οποίο δεν είναι τραγικό αλλά σε διακοπές σε ξενοδοχείο θεωρείται δεδομένη η καθαριότητα εκτός αν ο Πελάτης ζητήσει να παραληφθεί . Το δεύτερο ήταν επίσης το γεγονός ότι η ρεσεψιόν δεν απαντούσε πάντα στο τηλέφωνο ενώ υποτίθεται ότι είναι 24 ώρη . Οι επιλογές επίσης για φαγητό το βράδυ ήταν περιορισμένες και όχι ιδιαίτερα νόστιμες και το σέρβις κακό καθώς περιμέναμε πάνω από 5 λεπτά για να μας πάρουν παραγγελία . Τα αγγλικά τους δεν ήταν τα καλύτερα και δεν θα έλεγα ότι πρόσεχαν πολύ την καθαριότητα των τραπεζιών και του πατώματος . Το χειρότερο ήταν την 4η μέρα αφού περιμέναμε περίπου 20 λεπτά για παραγγελία ήρθε ο αδερφός μου από το σούπερ μάρκετ με νερά για το δωμάτιο και έτρεξε ο σερβιτόρος να μας κάνει παρατήρηση ότι δεν επιτρέπεται να έχουμε νερά εκεί από το σούπερ μάρκετ και εννοείται ότι δεν μας ρώτησε ποτέ αν θέλουμε να πιούμε κάτι ή να φάμε ενώ συνεχίζουμε και καθόμαστε στο τραπέζι .

Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα.
Αρχικά, το πρωινο ειναι άριστης ποιότητας και εχει εξαιρετική ποικιλία.
Το προσωπικό ειναι φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.
Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο, με ηχομόνωση και περέχονταν προϊόντα προσωπικής υγιεινής σε μεγάλη ποσότητα.
Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις μέτρο και τραμ.

Gran hotel y estancia perfecta
Pros:

La habitación espectacular, muy grande y confortable. Nos dieron una suite con dos alturas con cama de matrimonio, sofá cama y cama auxiliar para mis hijos. Un vestidor grande para maletas y ropa para 4 personas. Un aseo y un baño grande. Disponíamos de nevera pequeña, microondas y cafetera. Un lujo de habitación. El desayuno de bufet libre muy variado y muy rico todo. El hotel tenía acceso directo a supermercado grande. Delante del hotel, cruzando la calle, parada de metro. Zona tranquila. Muy buenas comunicaciones para visitar Berlín

En 5 noches solo vino el servicio de habitaciones una vez

très bon hotel
Pros:

L'Hotêl est tout en longueur ce qui en fait un batiment atypique
la salle du petit déjeuner est très lumineuse, le service efficace, le choix est excellent
cependant 2 machines à café c'est un peu juste, pour le monde en plein week-end Pascal, très bonnes machines certes mais un peu longues...
sinon c'était très bien au niveau des stations de métro et tram
quartier tranquille sans prise de tête

La colazione era ottima, varia.

Cons:

L’aria condizionata nella sala colazione/ristorante, abbiamo chiesto di spegnerla ma ci è stato risposto che non era possibile e abbiamo avuto freddo.

Great stay, would stop again
Pros:

Great location, very nice hotel, the shops underneath the hotel were great to get some supplies in

Cons:

Nothing major but we were in the room for theeee nights and the mass did not come to empty the bins in the room, I can live without the beds being made but with two young children in the room they did need a bit more frequent cleaning.
