Pros:

駅の近くの立地でとても良かった。
清掃も行き渡っており、とても気持ちよく利用できた。

Cons:

フロントのスタッフの対応が冷たく感じた。
おそらく夕方にいって、お昼に帰ったので、
時間帯的に一区切り前で疲れていたのかと見受けられた。
施設自体、サービスが行き届いた場所であるため、もう少し暖かいサービスを求めます。

きれいな部屋で満足です。
Pros:

ソロ活だったので一番安いとこを適当に予約したのですが大浴場もあり部屋も広く朝ご飯も最高でした。

Cons:

鍵の説明がなくて電気のつけ方がわからなくて１５分くらい暗闇の中スマホのライトで手探りに壁の説明読みました（笑）

大浴場とサウナがあるので、宿泊することに決めました！夜中でも朝早くでも使用できるのが凄く良かったです！駐車場もあるので便利です！

El onsen de mujer no tiene vistas por lo tanto no pude disfrutarlo como quería, pero el hotel es muy cómodo y está genial, la ubicación el personal e instalaciones son increíbles!!!

Pros:

Clean, as always in Japan. Top floor Onsen very good. Washing machine great.

Cons:

Room very cold with no apparent way of adjusting the temperature. Toilet sprays did not work. No safe bicycle parking, only outdoors.
