Pros:

El onsen de mujer no tiene vistas por lo tanto no pude disfrutarlo como quería, pero el hotel es muy cómodo y está genial, la ubicación el personal e instalaciones son increíbles!!!

Pros:

Clean, as always in Japan. Top floor Onsen very good. Washing machine great.

Cons:

Room very cold with no apparent way of adjusting the temperature. Toilet sprays did not work. No safe bicycle parking, only outdoors.

お値段以上。(とっても安かったので。)
Pros:

ロビー等　きれいにされていました。ビールサーバーデイなど魅力的な企画がありました。（参加していませんが、、)

Cons:

外壁工事中でした。情報を見逃したのかもしれません。女性のお風呂の展望とサウナがなかったのが残念でした。

カンデオさんのブランドを低めてしまうような管理だったと思います。残念でした泣。清潔感があればお薦めしたいホテルです。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。終わり際に行ったにも関わらず不足している食材が追加されて満足するまで食べることができました。スタッフさんは皆さん感じが良く、笑顔で精いっぱい対応してくれていることが伝わってきました。

Cons:

一番楽しみにしていたスパが本当に残念でした。
●手入れが全く行き届いていない
●全般的に臭い
●洗面が汚い
●夜に脱衣所に落ちていたタオルが翌朝にもあった
●夜に風呂場に落ちていたゴミや濡れたタオルが翌朝にもあった

コスパが良いホテルだと理解していますが、清潔感がないことは致命的だと思います。
知り合いには絶対にお薦めできないどころかやめた方が良いと伝えてしまう。
是非改善をよろしくお願いいたします。

仕事とリラクゼーションの両立
Pros:

朝食はおいしく十分な品ぞろえでした。また、期間限定なのかもしれませんが、夕方から夜９時までレストランでビールを飲めました。フロントで販売していたチーズなどのおつまみもリーズナブルです。
最上階の入浴場は広く使い勝手も良い状態です。特に15時から翌朝11時まで利用できますので、夜の利用、早朝の利用、チェックアウト日は朝食の利用と融通が利きました。
チェックアウト自体11時と遅めだったのも魅力でした。

Cons:

徒歩圏内ですが駅から離れたロケーションです。私の出張先までの距離は、より近くて満足しています。ただし、近傍が繁華街だったようで、食事をとる場所よりも居酒屋が多い点にやや困りました。

Pros:

予約を自分のせいで誤っていたが、即座に訂正対応頂いた。駐車場の案内についても多忙な中、大勢の人に気配りされていた。

Cons:

朝食の時間の幅をもう少し広げて頂けると、ゆったりできる。自分が宿泊の際に一番気になることは食事の際の混雑。大勢が一気に来るので仕方のないことではあるが。
