何回か利用しているが、今回は質が落ちたと感じた。
Cons:

入室した時、トイレのドアに鍵がかかっていた。部屋のトイレの水が流れっぱなしだった。
大浴場の脱衣室が清潔でなかった。脱衣室のエアコンから、水滴がずっと垂れていた。
入れ墨の人が大浴場に入ってきた。

Pros:

施設は相変わらず素晴らしいです。特に最上階のお風呂は最高です。

Cons:

カンデオホテルズ福山は大好きなホテルで福山に行くだびに泊まっていますが、以前のような清潔感、従業員の方や掃除のスタッフの丁寧さに少し慣れが出てきて、以前のようなピシッとした美しいサービスに陰りがあるように感じました。もしかしたら連休でお疲れだったのかもしれません。

It’s good if you have no where else to go
Pros:

The location and availability

Cons:

The smell in the room and on the hallways, the stains on the carpet in the room and a throw blanket that was dirty, oh and the fact the elevator kept stopping on the 2nd floor.
