I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Imam from the Sales & Marketing team and Mr. Ferry, the Front Office Manager, for going above and beyond during my stay in Surabaya. From the very beginning, the booking process was handled quickly and efficiently, making everything smooth and hassle-free.

Extreem gehorig, onmogelijk om te slapen vanwege het luide verkeer van de straten waar het hotel gelegen is.
Buiten om het hotel is weinig of niks te beleven.
Semua staff mulai dari housekeeping, kitchen dan chef nya, laundry nya, satpam, bellboy, receptionist, semuanya baik banget. Saya tinggal hampir sebulan di sini. Yang buat saya enggan pindah hotel karena staff2 nya baik banget👍hotel bintang 5 saja tdk mgkin sebaik ini staff2nya.
Makasih ya selama kami di sana, rasanya sdh sprti keluarga 😊
