I love the breakfast offerings.
Pros:

I love the breakfast. There is a wide selection of food. The staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The AC swing cannot be fixed (steadied to my desired direction). The air blow is directly hitting my head when im in bed.

There are only 2 pillows (one for each guest) and i would preferred at least 2 for each guest

Location was good.

Cons:

The place was 2 stars. The room was like a bad highway motel. Chipped paint, low grade beds, no refrigerator, bugs. Staff were not well trained in customer service as I notified them of checking out and also sent messages of checking out and they still wanted to charge more than was allowed by booking.com.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé en centre-ville. Nous avons pu aller à pied voir les festivités de panagbenga, le marché de nuit, le marché,...
Nous avons gardé notre place au parking gratuit sous l'hôtel ce qui est bien appréciable pour une ville très embouteillée comme Baguio.

Cons:

La salle de bains aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et, la chambre manque de rangements.
Certaines chambres ont un grand mur pour seul vis-à-vis, heureusement que nous avons pu changer de chambre.

A charming and conveniently located inn that provided a warm, nostalgic setting for our New Year.
Pros:

I like the location. Great proximity to SM Baguio and Session Road; it was easy to get around even with the holiday traffic. Very cozy and "classic Baguio." It felt like a warm home base for the New Year celebrations. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite how busy the holiday season was.

Cons:

The rooms and facilities are a bit dated and could use a refresh to feel more current. And because it’s an older building, we could sometimes hear noise from the hallway. I think a modernization of the rooms and/or the building will do the trick.

Okay to stay couple of days in Baguio
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good, very close to SM mall. Limited amount of the parking slots but guard on duty can help you to find proper spot.
Includes breakfast has many choices.
Check in is fast but not complete, room missed towels.
Check out is fast as well.

Cons:

The towels were delivered 2 hours after check in, no chance to take a shower.
Insulation of the room is poor and you can hear everything in the corridor.

Dicht bij session road met veel winkeltjes en restaurants. Mooi open restaurant in het hotel zelf. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Te voet van het busstation naar hotel viel tegen, flink stuk klimmen. Beter taxi nemen.
