All the way from the check-in process ALL the staff was more that good, they were all very attentive, friendly and helpful with all my needs and requests, A+++
The condition and location of the hotel (with exception of the hotel being clean), is located in a very poor and bad neighborhood with a lot of homeless and kids begging for money, so you can’t walk around the neighborhood after hours.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel valued as guests. The hotel itself smelled amazing and was very well-maintained. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed, showing their excellent customer service. The location is also a huge plus, as it is conveniently close to popular tourist spots, especially Intramuros and Rizal Park. Highly recommended!
The only thing we didn’t like at first was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t that cold. However, we informed the staff right away, and they were very accommodating and quickly transferred us to another room where the AC was working perfectly. And the lighting felt a bit dim for my preference initially thought it could be adjusted.
