I really recommend you to stay if you prefer this area.
Pros:

It is just ten minutes walk from United Nations St.
Room was spacious enough and well-cleaned.
I was able to rent a water-heater machine.
Above all, the staff including security person was excellent. They were not only friendly but so diligent to cope with customers.
