La reserva inicial la hicimos del 1 al 5 de febrero, sin embargo, el plan cambió y quisimos cancelar la noche del 1 y modificar la reserva del 2 al 5 de febrero. No nos han aceptaron, y nos han cobrado la noche del 1 de febrero y la del 2 de febrero. Muy muy decepcionado con el hotel.

Pros:

The restaurants and the spa/swimming pool area. The quality and variety of the food were great and the hygiene standards quite high in the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant, security and reception were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms are quite old style and the level of cleanliness is fairly okish, but not what I’d expect from a high level hotel as the Crowne.

Wonderful place
Pros:

I have had the best time at this hotel. My room was spacious and I loved the shower with a fantastic overhead and thermostat controller tap, heaven.
The staff are excellent right from my greeting from Sampuran to the check-in staff.
We loved the spa treatments and the gorgeous ladies who did the massages etc.
Food, what a joy! We ate Indian food for breakfast and dinner, variety and quality was fantastic and the staff and chefs were so kind and remembered us and how we liked our coffee and where we liked to be seated.
I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful they made my and my travelling companion feel.
I love this hotel.
