Excellent hotel with great rooms & staff! Would stay again.
Pros:

Beautiful property with large rooms. And great staff.

Cons:

A little far from some sites. Sometimes took over an hour to get certain places.

It was only a short stay so did hot get to use the facilities, am sure the spa is nice

The breakfast was nice, the a la carte food was very tasty. The room was comfortable

Cons:

Location is industrial of course and far from places to eat etc. We were led to believe that we had to book a meal package on arrival, and were not told there was an 'off the menu choice' which would have been preferable so felt tricked into buying a package. All three of us experience problems with intial check in anbd being told that they couldn't find the booking, and then finding it, but for one of out party she was left downstairs for ages, and was spoken to very rudely, ultimately ending in her tears before they gave her a room. We had a few beers, it was very expensive

Location was comfortable for me. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

We were in triple occupancy. The room was not prepared. When I went to take bath, there was no soap in the dispenser. There wasnt enough water for 3 people. Towels and bathroom slippers were not adequate and we had to keep calling House Keeping.

Biggest disaster was the Carpet. It had dust and paint particles (probably left after some paint) all around thr carpet. My son and I both developed wheezing on first night itself. Next day morning before going out I asked House Keeping to vaccum the carpet. Nothing was done. We suffered badly due to allergy.

The guy putting up extra bed at the night had such bad attitude that we felt he was doing us a favor. He would put the extra bed without pillow and when we asked him to bring, he would ask why the pillow from previous night was returned. Very bad experience.

Lag in providing housekeeping items in room and had to make repeated calls.. sofa in room was uncomfortable and shower cubicle too small

Pros:

Very comfortable and pleasant. Great breakfast options. Kind amd helpful staff. Overal l highly recommended hotel. The spa options were plenty though I didn’t have the time to take advantage of them - I would next time I stay there.
