Estella Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort

Nice place in the middle of nowhere.

The property changed its name without any announcement. The driver cannot even locate the location correctly. Also, I had a late flight and I had to check out by 1pm. There's not a single air-conditioned room for guests to rest in.

The resort design works well - to have the pool right outside our patio was lovely, the bed was large, great bathroom. The location too was excellent and we loved how the beach space was decorated in fairy lights, swings and hammocks, adding to the luxurious feel.

The rooms are spacious quiet and clean. The private beach is incredible, although they have very limited loungers no umbrellas and costly minimal food options

Room stank off sewerage. Second day they changed it for me but was still stinking. Hotel must be run by greedy Indians.

Wir waren die letzten 2 Nächte dort, um nochmal ein bisschen relaxen zu können und es auch nicht weit zum Flughafen zu haben.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, allerdings war es im Bad nicht ganz sauber. Die Matratze ist steinhart. In der zweiten Nacht hatten wir 2 Topper, das ging dann. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir garkeinen und man hatte wirklich das Gefühl auf dem Boden zu liegen. Der Rest der Hotelanlage wirkte noch ein bisschen im Winterschlaf gefangen. Die Pools direkt an den Häusern waren allesamt grün und das Wasser nicht sauber. Nur der große Gemeinschaftspool war gereinigt. Auch die anderen öffentlichen Bereiche wirkten vereinsamt und dreckig. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber die Preise die dort aufgerufen werden fanden wir auch etwas krass. Smoothies werden mit Sirup und nicht mit frischen Früchten gemixt. Das Restaurant direkt nebenan ist aber SUPER! Eins der besten in denen wir gegessen haben und auch deutlich günstiger als das Hotel.

Meget stille hotel direkte til stranden. Fine pools. Ingen mennesker. Finishen mangler på det håndværksmæssige. Pænt stort værelse med god seng. Ok morgenmad.
ServeringsPersonalet taler ikke engelsk. Musikanlægget skratter det meste af tiden.
Ingen spiser i hotellets restaurant om aftenen. Hvorimod strandrestauranten lige opad er godt besøgt med god mad.
Dyrt at benytte taxaservice på hotellet. Gå rundt om hjørnet til taxeholdeplads eller benyt taxaapp for meget billigere pris.
Intet i nærmeste by bortset fra spisesteder prøv Mamas. Kun 20 min. Til lufthavn men ingen støj derfra. 1 time til Phuket by.

Det var fuldstændig fantastisk at være på så stort et hotel og være faktisk de eneste gæster havde tre svømmingpools for os selv 😁

The foyer is misleading as very dark and dismal. Get through there and the pool rooms are amazing. The door opens straight onto the most amazing pool which is really clean. Opens onto a lovely beach which is empty. Service in hotel is lacking but due to poor English rather than apathy. Overall would go back and would recommend

We loved our swim out room, walks on the beach and next door property to hang and enjoy. Spectacular sunsets.

All three swimming pools were very dirty, which meant we were unable to use them. The water was green and you could not see the bottom. We asked if cleaning would take place and we were told it would. However, although there was some attempts to clean one of the pools, this took four days and was still being cleaned when we left after 7 nights. We did send an email to the hotel but received no response.

Fern ab von allem. Man wollte uns (trotzdem für 3 Erwachsene gebucht und bezahlt !!!) mit einem Doppelzimmer abspeisen. Zu dritt in einem Doppelbett !!
Nach ewigem hin und her bekamen wir im leeren Hotel ("wir sind ausgebucht") dann doch ein uraltes Zimmer mit 2 Betten. Türe war notdürftig geflickt nachdem sie mal aufgebrochen worden war. Hotel leer, eine einzige alte Bruchbude. Pool am Strand war nicht zu benutzen, Filteranlage defekt.

Huge hotel but a bit old and need renovation. Various kinds of breakfast but fruits were not fresh and things are not well prepared. Beautiful swiming pool but not quite clean.

Le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Malheureusement l'état général de l'hôtel ne le rend pas agréable à y séjourner, la propreté n'est pas optimale et les chambres sont vieillissantes. Le lit était dur. L'environnement n'est pas très agréable, l'hotel est bien uniquement pour y séjourner une nuit suite à une arrivée tardive à l'aéroport comme pour nous. Petit-déjeuner correcte avec beaucoup de choix froid/chaud. Pas grand chose autour de l'hôtel à part un distributeur de billets.
