スタッフが基本いない。エアコンの調整方法が分からなかった。。部屋が機械音でうるさい。
エリアは最高なので、韓国慣れてる人は良いと思います！

It's fine if you're just staying overnight.
It has air conditioning.
If you use the bus, the toilet gets soaked, so it's not very convenient. But it's cheap.

ここ数年こちらに宿泊していますが、移動にとても便利です。
ホテルはシャワーの水圧も良く掃除も行き届いています。

We were disappointed by this hotel. The bathroom was moldy and smelled terrible. The carpet felt dirty and was old. It was a rundown place in comparison to our other hotel at similar value in the same neighborhood. I would not stay here or recommend.

Man hat alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, jedes einzelne Wort. Bei der Wand bin ich mir nicht sicher , ob es abgebröckelte Farbe oder Schimmel war, Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig und der Kühlschrank war extrem laut und man durfte ihn nicht rausziehen, da sonst die Feuchtigkeit ausläuft. War mit einer Meldung am Kühlschrank festgeklebt, gab also mehrere die den Stecker gezogen haben . Selbst für das Geld nicht wert. Erste und letzte Mal

店のオーナーさんが、とても優しく案内してくれて、様々なことを教えてくれたので、とても充実した旅行になった。

3度目の利用で今回は7泊とロングステイでした。
鍾路3街駅がすぐ近で立地と料金のコスパがとても良い、夜でも飲食店が沢山ある、浴槽があるなどが気に入っています。益善洞が庭みたいに近く仁寺洞までも散歩しながら行けます。少し歩いたとこに沢山のバス停がありバスであちこち巡ることも出来ました。韓国旅が何度目かのローカル旅がお好きな方には特に良いと思います。施設は古いのですがアートな感じで手が加えられており社長さんの宿への愛情を感じます。
韓国らしい宿で潔癖な方には向いてないかも知れません。
エレベーターに乗るのに半階階段の昇降が必要です。
個人的には荷物を計る重量計を置いて下さるとありがたいです。また、利用いたします！

There was noisy whole night

It it’s 100% not what’s advertised on the pictures it is extremely moldy

La personne a l accueil est très aimable mais malheureusement cela ne suffit pas l hôtel est en très mauvaise conditions.

It was so bad that I paid for another hotel and left after two hours at this "hotel". Run down rooms, mold everywhere, unidentified stains on the sheets... Could not pay me to stay there.

みなさんがおっしゃるように、ホテル入り口はフラットでない為、重いスーツケースの移動はたいへんです。冬の宿泊だったからか、ベッドに電気毛布が入っていたのでよく眠れました（ただ、部屋の玄関はエアコンがきいてないので寒いです）床暖房もついてあり、部屋は暖かいです。価格の割にドライヤーの性能も良く、ミディアムヘアの私の髪はすぐ乾きました。バスタブのシャワーカーテンはありませんが、よほど荒い使い方をしなければ、トイレまで濡れることはないはずです。心配な方はゴミ袋などで保護すれば大丈夫です。1月の夜中に利用しましたがすぐお湯が出ました。バスを使えば明洞や南大門市場や東大門、広蔵市場やソウル駅まで乗り換え無しで行けますし、プンオパンやホットク、ドラマで見る赤いビニール屋台やアグチムの食堂等がたくさんあるので食べ物に困ることもありませんでした。機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

침대와 베개가 편했음 온열매트도 있어서 피로가 다 녹고 욕조가 있어 좋았음

チェックインしてすぐにトイレットペーパーがびしょびしょで使えない為、フロントで伝えて清掃の方に交換していただきました…この時点で清掃してるのか？と疑問でした。

床暖房をつけても、窓がある部屋で隙間風が寒かったのでフロントのおじさんに暖房ありますか？と聞いたところ、携帯を奪われ「高熱と頭痛で辛いです」と翻訳を見せられ、ゴホゴホした状態で部屋までやって来て、実際にエアコンを繋いでみて、使えないからと言われました…高熱なら部屋に入って来ないで欲しいですし、使えないなら暖房は無いと言ってくれればよいのに…。
宿泊客に風邪うつしたらどうするの？と思い最悪でした…。

確かにホテルの設備にも冷房としか記載がない為、冬に宿泊を考えている方は注意が必要です。寒がりな方は辛いと思います。

I like the good air quality near this hotel, and the proximity to the subway and convenient transportation.

This was the worst place in Seoul. I booked the place few months ago. When arrived the room was disgustingly dirty. Didn’t cleaned at all. Then the staff changed the room to another which wasn’t that clean also. There was bugs in the room. Spots on the bedsheets. Then around midnight hotel staff called and yelled me to shut the light off. Again at 4 am. Am I in the prison? I’m a tourist traveling from overseas. I can sleep anytime I want. I think they have cameras monitoring the rooms. Which is violating my privacy. That morning when I went to the lobby the staff who was a fat guy swearing at me using F-words. Screaming at me asked me to leave because it’s high season people offering more money to them. Well if you’re want to book this place better look for different hotel. When you enter the room you will spot more than few cockroaches. Moldy smell horrible service. Then at night they will monitor your room and call you to shut your lights off a very angry scream. Right after I wrote a review there was very positive reviews from one account multiple times. You can see if you scroll down the reviews. Very funny. FIND DIFFERENT HOTEL. When you arrive you will see it’s different than the pictures.

The hotel is definitely a bit run down and some of the rooms smelled like smoke despite being no smoking. But they did change my room when the smoke smell got really bad. Good location and price but don’t expect any kind of luxury.
