Pros:

Amazing customer service by all staff including reception, house keepers and chef. Really loved how clean and well kept the rooms are and breakfast buffet was amazing.

Wonderful place to unwind in comfort after exploring the busy city.
Pros:

Just about everything. All the staff from reception to the cleaners were very caring and helpful especially when my husband took ill suddenly. The breakfasts were amazing. The room spacious and comfortable. We changed after one night from a suite facing the noisy street to a suite at the back of the building which was absolutely perfect. Loved the daily free ice cream and afternoon tea. Excellent position close to Ben Thanh market and the Independence Palace. Lots of cafes and restaurants all around.

Cons:

The pool only had four sun beds and two chairs so it wasn’t always possible to relax by the pool after a swim.

Pros:

Incredible location, lovely rooftop pool, fabulous spa and lovely staff. Can’t fault it really.

Cons:

The room and view were slightly underwhelming (no view at all) and the room did look like the photos but felt a lot smaller than I’d expected. Also, no room service.

Amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Really accommodating, and they kindly allowed us to access the Spa and the showers while we were hanging around waiting for a late evening flight.

Excellent, clean, comfortable central choice with amazing staff.
Pros:

Location, staff were amazing and kind hearted. The staff is what makes this property successful. Attentive but not intrusive. Breakfast was amazing. Tried so many different foods of Saigon I had not tasted, especially the fruit.
