La cama, la ubicación y el desayuno
The staff were excellent. They made us a takeaway breakfast as we had an early morning flight so left before breakfast. We also loved the very comprehensive breakfast buffet of hot and cold foods, fruits, pastries, fruit juices and hot beverages. The pillows were very comfortable and we slept well.
The room was "tired" with a lot of smoke burns on the coffee table and chips in the white wooden furniture. The shower was tricky to work out how to use too.

This was the first time I had visited Saigon and this was a perfect place to stay, the hotel was situated in a perfect place close to the market, the war museum and the independence palace plus many great bars/coffee shops and eateries close by. Upon checking in we were upgraded to a larger room free of charge and when checking out the staff extended the check out for us as well. The room was very clean and well maintained and was very spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent as well but the best part of the stay were the fantastic staff who made us feel so welcome and were so helpful in every way. I would not hesitate in staying here again, absolutely superb!
Location it has everything at your door steps. Short stroll to the markets and food on your doorstep. Breakfast was good big variety.
I expected more for a 4 star hotel more like 3 star. No balconies and only a window was disappointing for a 4 star. Pool area was being renovated when we stayed and we were only told upon check in so that was disappointing couldn’t utilise the area. Would have been nice to know prior to our stay.

Hotel is located in the center of the center of the city. You're 5 minutes walking distance from most wanted places. Staff is super nice. Breakfast tasty, pho is fantastic. Rooms clean with comfy bed.
A bit outdated, in comparison to other hotels it's a bit too expensive for standard you're getting. Massage was some experiance, we really doubt the masseuses got any course or school, they just try to give you best massaging experiance, which was good and fun.
L'ensemble du personnel a été aimable, efficace et serviable. Excellent emplacement, petit déjeuner parfait, chambres spacieuses (on nous a surclassés pour nous permettre d'être au même étage que notre fils). Check out a 13h (rare), ok pour garder nos bagages, et possibilité de prendre une douche après avoir libéré la chambre.
Un peu plus cher que d'autres 5 étoiles au Vietnam. L'étage de la piscine en travaux (on peut se baigner quand même) et peu d'espace pour s'installer. (mais elle est au 9ème et vue sur la ville). Mais surtout les fenêtres qui laissent passer les bruits de la ville.
