工作人員非常好。床很舒服，不會軟趴趴起床腰痠背痛，得到充分休息。床的底下可以放行李箱，非常方便。飯店地理位置十分完美，就在京都車站旁。熱水非常充足而且來的很快，對於冬天的旅客是福音。

位於京都車站後站，八條東口，地理位置優越，早餐超級豐富美味，隔壁有7-11和唐吉柯得。

楽々快適
Pros:

とにかく駅近で八条口から地下道を通れば雨に濡れる事も無くホテルに行ける（ただし階段有るので重たい荷物有る場合は地上から行くのが良い）
隣の商業施設とも地下で繋がり、食事や買い物に全く困らない。コンビニも隣にある。
ラウンジでは時間制限はあるけれど飲み物が無料で自由に飲める。
スタッフの皆さんも優しかったです。
