Breakfast was outstanding, not to be missed!
Pros:

My room was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I loved the deep bath and used it several times. The staff were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of well cooked dishes. The dining room had wall to ceiling windows where you could see the trains coming in and out of Kyoto station. The location was excellent right opposite the station.

Cons:

The carpet in my room was worn was not cleaned well around the edges of the furniture. The hooks on the wall for the shoehorn and other items we're coming out of the wall. We area for luggage was dark as an overhead light was not working, I asked for the light to be fixed but that did not happen.

Great property!
Pros:

Great location just opposite Kyoto station. Bus stop is just outside the property and there are good places to eat around including a 7/11 at the ground level. And amazing breakfast spread

Cons:

The staff at the reception were not very attentive to the guests during checkin

Pros:

Beliggenheten er strålende i forhold til at vi ankom med tog. Vi hadde trippel rom og det var grei størrelse. Frokosten var strålende men variasjon hver dag. Vi bor gjerne her igjen hvis vi kommer tilbake til Kyoto.

Definitely not worth the money paid

Proximity to the train station

Cons:

Old, in desperate need of renovation. Bathroom smelly and faucets leaking. No room turnover, beds weren’t made, just fresh towels brought in, per request. Housekeeping not doing their job, cobwebs in hallways and elevators. Breakfast buffet poor. Check in unnecessary difficult.
