Séjour agréable à Kyoto
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait en face de la gare de kyoto , facile d'accés , chambres correctes , un combini en bas , hotel collé à un centre commercial , petit déjeuner très bien , equipements à disposition au top, housekeeping quotidien efficace .

Cons:

Les prises qui ne marchaient pas .
Le service de transfert de bagages proposé très cher comparé à ceux des autres hotels .

Pros:

駅からもアバンティから、移動にも買い物にも食事にも便利だった。
アメニティも豊富で、持参したスキンケアがちょっと足りなかったから、ありがたかった。
ホテルスタッフもとても優しく色々教えてくださって好感が持てた。

Cons:

3フロアにコインランドリーのスペースがあったけど、ちょうど滞在した時期は1フロアのコインランドリーが使用できなくて、取り合いが激しかった(笑)
夏の暑い時期だったから、どうしても洗いたくて…。部屋のテレビで、現在のコインランドリーの状況が確認できたけど、叶うなら、洗濯機と乾燥機が一緒になっているマシンが良いと思った。

Dit hotel ligt echt tegen Kyoto station aan wat super fijn is. De kamer was goed. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Convenient location for families with plenty of room space
Pros:

We had connecting rooms--both rooms had 2 twins and a bathroom. It gave us plenty of space. The location is right next to Kyoto Station, which is very handy if you come by bullet train. You can connect to the hotel from ground level or via the underground connector if weather is bad. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was a decent-sized buffet. There was various fruit, a pancake maker, salad bar, sushi, miso, and various dishes like meatballs, roast beef with vegetables, ginger pork, etc. There was even sake and wine! Luggage storage upon check out was handy (we didn't need to depart Kyoto until later in the day). There is self-storage on the 2nd floor with lockers for small and medium bags and chains for larger luggage.

Cons:

*The check-in process was annoying. It was all self-service, but we had to do the whole process twice-once for each room, despite it being one booking and one rate.
*The beds were moderately hard. Not the hardest we've had, but definitely harder than we prefer.
*Coffee was not good at breakfast
*No nightstands, which was awkward.

ロケーションがよかった。駅近なおかつ地下道でつながっているので、雨にぬれず行けるのは大変なメリットです。

Cons:

バスタブ内の排水口の清掃が、いまいちだった。排水の出が弱かった。
朝食の値段が高い。

Right next to the train station. There is also a Kansai Airport shuttle bus right outside, which could be convenient.
Checkin and out at the terminal very easy.

Cons:

WIFI was not very stable and cut in and out.
