The breakfast was great. Very nice room, view and lots of good food.
Free luggage storage, drinks available for guests between 2-8pm.

Cons:

The view from the window was to the wall, the air conditioning was humming outside under the window. It was not advisable to close the window.

Hyvä hotelli aivan aseman vieressä
Pros:

Huone oli viihtyisä ja avara, sängyt mukavan isoja ja sopivan pehmeitä. Palvelu ja siivous oli erinomaista, henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Kahvi- ja teekuppeja huoneessa oli runsaasti, teetä, kahvia ja virvokkeita sai loungesta, jossa oli myös mikroaaltouuni.

Cons:

Toisaalta huone oli ahdas... ei ollut paikkaa, jolle olisi matkalaukkunsa levittänyt. Oli kyllä matkalaukkuteline, mutta sitä ei mahtunut avaamaan kuin eteiseen, ulko-oven eteen. Sängyn päädyn ja seinän välissä oli noin 40 cm kulkutilaa. Kaappitilaa oli hyvin vähän, joten tavarat piti suurelta osin pitää matkalaukuissa - jotenkin jäi vaikutelmaksi, että huone oli suunniteltu näyttämään hyvältä ja käytettävyys oli unohdettu.
Vaikka huone oli ylimmässä (13.) kerroksessa, näköalana oli vain viereisen kauppakeskuksen seinä.

Superb location, directly connected to Kyoto Station, spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Spacious, clean rooms with excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Superb location right opposite Kyoto Station and adjoining a mall with a 7-11 and many eating joints. Direct connection to train station. We enjoyed our stay.

満足です、また京都に来たら滞在したいと思いました。
Pros:

雨が降りましたが、地下通路で駅まで繋がっているのでロケーションは最高でした。
スタッフ(女性)の応対は特に親切でよかったです。

Cons:

夫(アメリカ人)が、よいレストランをフロントスタッフ(若い男性)にたずねたところ、「ガスト」と言われました。夫は日本在住歴20年だったので、見かけだけで外国人観光客と思われてガストを紹介されてガッカリしていました。もう少しコミュニケーションを取って適切な応対をしていただけたらもっと良かったです。

Perfect location directly opposite JR Kyoto station, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel staff were very helpful. Was unlucky enough to get laundry stuck in a nearby and coin laundromat and they were able to call the service centre to help resolve the issue.

Rooms had everything you need, bed was comfortable, lots of convenience stores nearby, plenty of malls within walking distance, JR train station just across the road or accessible via underground pathway if it's raining.
