La habitación era grande y lo bueno es que el hotel está al lado de la estación y de un centro comercial enorme

違うホテルにすれば良かったと未だに思っています。
Cons:

ホテルに着いたのが遅く周辺で夕食後ホテルに戻り喫煙所に行ったら12時で喫煙所が閉鎖され使えなかった。
閉鎖された場所以外に喫煙所はなく、車で行っていたので、わざわざ車まで行って喫煙をした、今まで色々泊まりましたが、初めてでした。

チェックインの時も接客対応は正直良くなかったです。
無愛想でした。
荷物を運ぶ等はありません。

その他の面でも基本説明等はありません。

Hotel moderno e confortável bem em frente a Kyoto Station
Pros:

Eu fui para uma viagem a negócios e fiquei por 7 dias. A localização do hotel é muito boa, pois está na frente da estação central de Kyoto. Isto torna fácil a movimentação e o acesso a inúmeros serviços, lojas e restaurantes. O quarto era confortável, silencioso, com uma boa ducha estilo japonesa (banheira + ducha flexível com opções de escolha do tipo de jato). O café da manhã era bem variado de opções, mas para quem gosta de pães, quase não tinha nada. Tem também lavanderias com secadora e ferro operadas por cartões de crédito em alguns andares do hotel. Também tem um comodo self-service para armazenamento de malas.

Cons:

Não senti falta de nada e me atendeu bem para o meu tipo de viagem e duração de estadia

It was comfortable and affordable with great staff!
Pros:

The free water bottles and extra toothbrushes accessories they had out for free!! Very helpful !! The staff were so kind and they gave us clean towels daily.

Cons:

Our bathroom was a bit stinky it smelled like issues with the plumbing.

Pros:

Ubicacion perfecta en frente de la estacion, un 7/11 y unos grandes almacenes justo al lado. Ademas todas las excursiones salian de delante del hotel. Habitacion grande y camas comodas. El mejor desayuno de todos los hoteles que hemos estado.

Pros:

Excellent location, across from Kyoto Station. Convenient. Generous amenities and afternoon guest reception services.
Staff personnel went out of their way to take time to help us with television reception in room, we appreciate that greatly.

Cons:

Rooms are small but we realize this is Japan.
