A SWEET SUITE
Pros:

We had the junior suite and it was incredible at a discounted price. One large bedroom with attached bathroom with bath. Another large room with lounge and dining room. Lots of cupboards, frig and 2 large windows looking out at the garden, pool, beach and all the boats out in the bay. Lovely Indonesian textiles decorating the suite including the bedhead.

Lovely place to stay let down by poor service.

Very slow bar service.
Dining room very stark in the evening, lack of low level lighting, candles and mood music.
Inattentive staff that habitually forget orders.
Very few healthy options such as brown rice and sugar free drinks.

This is a really lovely hotel on the beach. Staff are so friendly and the breakfast is great

Pros:

Superbe vue sur la mer. La piscine très agréable. Le personnel était très accueillant, professionnel serviable et aimable.
J’ai aimé que l’hôtel forme beaucoup de jeunes aux différents métiers de l’hôtellerie.
Ces jeunes étaient toujours accompagné et réalisait de vrais tâches. Un super bon point pour cet hôtel que je recommande

Брала отель из-за дайв - центра. Считаю, что за эти деньги отель отличный. Территория красивая, завтраки очень достойные. Отель не новый и не люксовый, но очень милый и комфортный

Cons:

Если вы собираетесь купаться в море, то к сожалению пляж очень маленький и грязный. В целом, все купались только в бассейне. Отель находится все-таки в некотором отдалении от главной улицы, если вам важно находить больше 10т шагов, то отель отличный выбор.

Overall comfortable stay
Pros:

Pool was amazing, with comfy chairs, service and the view. Service overall was top notch and we could check out 4 hours later for a reasonable fee. It was a plus that takeaway breakfast was provided on days where you have tours planned. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, AC worked and it was quiet. Gio at breakfast was great, made very nice omelettes and was super friendly! It is walkable (30mins) to town, but at night you need a torch for a few parts of the walk.

Cons:

The wifi was not very good, the shower was nor comfortable, could not angle the spray at all. Overall there is some wear and tear and some places in the bathroom had a layer of dust. There were not enough sockets, 0 next to the bed. Had to charge phones and cameras under the desk. Room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was not as varied as in other places we stayed at.
