Ce sera mon premier et dernier séjour dans cet établissement.
Cons:

La description de la chambre sur le site lorsque nous réservons ne correpond pas à celle que l'on nous attribue à l'arrivée.
Pas de vue vers coté ville ou rue mais vers une "cour" intérieure avec vue sur les baires vitrées des autres chambres, mais surtout vers un ensemble de climatiseurs bruyants lorsqu'ils sont en fonction, ce qui nous oblige à fermer la fenêtre et les rideaux occulants. En résumé , nous sommes cloîtrés dans 24m². Très désagréable.

J'ai aimé le personnel d'accueil toujours souriant, accueillant , le lieu est assez calme et reposant . J'adore.

Cons:

J'ai pas apprécié de trouver des petits cafards dans mon bac de douche à chaque fois que j'allais me doucher.

Pros:

Good value for one night, it feels a bit crammed though, from reception to the room itself, I guess it is appropriately reflecting the name of the Hotel - about the right size for the elevator too!

Cons:

The place is ok but quite impersonal.

It was just a convenient overnight stop due to the location, but the room was disappointing
Pros:

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, just to sleep after arriving in Nouméa, since we were heading to a resort the next day. The only positive aspect was the location. It is within a short walking distance from the port, which was convenient for catching the transfer to the resort.

Cons:

We did not have a great experience with this hotel. First, when we contacted the hotel to arrange airport transfer, they sent us a booking link that charged 2,000 XPF more than the official price from the transfer company. It seems the hotel adds a markup to the service. For our return, we booked directly with the transfer company and paid the correct price (Arc en Ciel).
The room also had a strong smell, like a mix of cigarette smoke and old bedding, even though we had specifically booked a non-smoking room. The air conditioning was not strong enough to handle the heat, which made the night uncomfortable.
We did not ask to change rooms since we were staying only one night, but overall the experience was disappointing.

Cons:

Dérangement du personnel de ménage à certains moments de la journée pour faire la chambre, alors que je suis entrain de travailler (le télétravail). Impossible de sélectionner sur place l'option petit déjeuner si cela n'a pas été fait au moment de la réservation en ligne.
