היחס של הצוות בקבלה מאוד מזלזל, עיכבו לנו את הצ׳ק אין בשעה ולא רצו לפצות בצ׳ק אאוט. הנהלים בבריכה הזויים, ביקשו 15 יורו מיסים כדי לאכול חטיפים שהבאנו מהבית לילדים!! לשמור כיסא קרוב לבריכה 250 יורו בושה כאילו אנחנו לא אורחים של המלון
המעליות כל הפניות , נתקעתי במעלית בהיריון חודש שביעי
בקיצור לא שווה את התמורה, היחס הזלזול של הצוות על הפנים
רק המיקום טוב, והבריכה יפה, ונקי יחסית

zum Hotel sind wir mit einem offiziellen Taxi und retour das eigene Taxi vom Hotel und es war eine absolute Frechheit da das eigene vom Hotel das doppelte gekostet hat und für das hat es nicht einmal einen Service gegeben

חוויה טובה מאוד , חבל רק שלא עמדו במילתם לגבי גודל החדרים שלא עמדו לפי מה שהבטחתם.
Pros:

הבריכה , הקזינו , האווירה הטובה.
והאוכל היה טוב ואנחנו שומרים כשרות.
כמובן מה שניתן היה לאכול מבחינתנו.

Cons:

שסגרנו את העסקה הבטיחו לנו באתר חדר 45 מ' מה שבפועל לא היה במציאות וזה מאכזב נורא , כמובן שקיבלנו נוף לים אבל גודל החדר לא תאם את הממצאים בחדר עצמו.

Hotelul arata bine dar nu e un hotel de 5 stele asa cum se prezinta. Curat,camera spatioasa, balcon spatios, mic dejun foarte variat, amplasat aproape de plaja dar au fost multe care nu mi-au placut.

Nu mi-a placut ca nu era pregatit/echipat pentru 3 persoane asa cum am platit/ facut rezervarea. Au remediat partial dupa ce am solicitat acest lucru. Baia nu are ventilator,lifturile vin foarte,foarte greu (am asteptat si 20 de minute,din motive medicale nu puteam utiliza scarile). Hotelul nu are plaja privata si a trebuit sa caut plaja si sa platesc suplimentar. Este prezentat ca are parcare,dar dupa ce am efectuat plata am aflat ca este contra cost.O mare problema a fost si muzica foarte tare care nu doar se auzea,dar se si simtea desi am fost cazati la etajul 5 (doar dupa 2 noaptea am putut sa adormim)
