was really nice hotel but the process of checking in was horrible,

All good except the car park.
Pros:

Staff very friendly. Room clean. Great location especially near Light rail station.

Cons:

TV set up confusing.
Car park access ridiculously impossible. The barcode thing never worked despite three resets. Woeful system.

Great loaction but room was not that clean

The location is great. The free street parking helps a lot too.

Cons:

The place was dirty and no room service for 3 days only on day 4. Also someone knocked at 10pm at night wanting to change our sheets! Woke me up. Service was not great and cleaning needs a step up. Room floors have not seen a mop in weeks. the windows were so dirty that I could not see through the middle windows.
