Acceptable hotel, but not all that’s advertised is delivered.
Pros:

Very clean, washing machine/dryer facilities are good and you can pay/monitor from an App. Comfy beds and aircon good.

Cons:

Breakfast is very variable and not as advertised. 9am is meant to be last entry with finish at 9.30am. arrived at 8.50am and there was barely any food and it was not replenished. Other days it was very basic.

Could only access BBC news 24 in English, despite it being advertised that we could access Netflix etc on TV and there would be on demand TV.

Staff were not inclined to help with things like taxis etc. Huffed when asked.

Real nice for short stay !
Pros:

I only used the room to rest for one night but I've enjoyed the bathroom bathtub as well as the amenities. The bed was very comfortable with firm cushions to support my spine (I'm particular about that). I came by foot from Shinsaibashi (from Nanba station) and left from Tanimachi 4-chome station, the Hotel is nicely located and quiet. The staff during check in was lovely and check out was super easy (just dropping the room keycard in a machine at the front). The single room I used had enough space to open my carry-on on the carpeted floor but'm not sure a checked bagage would fit if not opened on the bed. There's space under the bed to put your luggages away, though I didn't use it for just one night.

Cons:

The walls were a bit on the thinner side and I could hear the tv in the other room, which prompted me to turn on mine as well ( which I never do) but thankfully, the guest next door turned it off at a respectable hour (and me too of course ^^!). I wish the hotel provided single use earplugs as well instead of an hair tie for example. If you're not sensitive to sounds, I don't think it'd be much of a problem. Otherwise, all good !

希望の条件を満たしていて十分
Pros:

大阪マラソンに参加の為利用。一昨年に引き続いての利用だが、スタートラインから大阪マラソンの荷物預かり所よりも近く、とても便利。

Cons:

自販機があれば良いと思った。
