安定のアパホテル。
Pros:

清潔感がありグッズも過不足なく揃っている。ほかの宿泊客の声などほとんど聞こえず静かでストレスがなかった。
自分のビニール傘が壊れて、傘をお借りできて助かった。

Cons:

お部屋の清掃とタオル交換をお願いしたら、タオルがダブってしまった。清掃のお願いをすればタオル交換もセットだったのか、こちらの対応が間違っていたのかわからない。
安いプランだったせいか、荷物を置く台がなくベッドの上で広げるのも汚してしまいそうで不便だった。

Clean, OK price, Great breakfast and very close to Kyoto Station.
Pros:

The room was spartan. We just needed it as an overnight stay after landing in Japan at Kansai International Airport. It is located within a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Great breakfast! One of the best breakfast buffet lunches for the price anywhere. Delicious. Great variety. Japanese and Western food was excellent. It being so close to Kyoto Station made our next-morning Bullet Train ride a breeze.

Cons:

The room was small. Barely enough room to accommodate our meager amount of luggage. That's about it.
