Lovely place, exceptional staff, delicious food!
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, we had a fabulous time in the hotel, which is absolutely perfect for a stay with a young kid. The food at the buffet was so good that we decided to upgrade to the half board on day 2. Also it was fabulous to have an individual bungalow close to the pool, and the housekeeping did a fantastic job to keep it clean everyday. Bonus: the 25m pool for some training time + the proximity to a nice beach only 10min walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

We could hear the night activities from the bungalow at night which was not ideal with a young child.

Cons:

Kadangi viešbutis gamtoje, gausu uodų, taip pat ir lauko gyvynų. Buvo dingusi elektra, personalas nebuvo pasiruošęs atsarginiais ištekliais, teko visą naktį būti be kondicionieriaus ir elektros.

Wir hatten einen wahnsinns totalen Urlaub und werden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Super Bungalows, schön ruhig, Besucher verteilen sich gut über die grosse Anlage, Essen top, Animation genau passend (nicht zu laut)

Cons:

Einzig ist der Kinderspielplatz total in die Jahre gekommen, wäre schön gewesen, wenn dieser lieblicher und vorallem zeitgemässer ausgestattet wäre.

Nice and Relaxing stay with family. Services can be improved.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, with nice blackout curtains and good air conditioning. The pool was well-maintained and not crowded. The room was generally quiet; there was a little bit of music audible at night, but it was not too loud. The breakfast buffet spread was good, with a sufficiently spacious dining area. Bus stops are located right outside the hotel property, which was very convenient. The staff were cooperative and accommodating, assisting us with a pizza for dinner on a football game night, as we had not opted for the dinner buffet.

Cons:

There was no provision for drinking water, such as a water filter. There was no bellboy service to assist with carrying bags to the room upon arrival, which is a service commonly offered in hotels. No refreshments or welcome drinks were offered upon check-in. The road leading to the beach was slightly inconvenient and not stroller-friendly, as a main traffic road had to be crossed. Dinner options were very limited for guests who had not opted for the buffet dinner package. There are no shops, restaurants, or stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and we had to walk quite a distance to the Eroski supermarket to purchase water bottles, which was particularly challenging with a toddler. We did not explore the Kids play area and Gym.

Für das das wir nicht soo oft im Hotel „gechillt“ haben war es gut!

Das Personal überall ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch schön, finde ich aber für ein „golden“ Bungalow zu klein... Der Weg zum Strand war sehr schön und der Strand (gehört aber nicht zum Hotel) ist super schön und tolles Wasser!!! Frühstück im Hotel war okey, leider keine frischen Säfte (schmeckten künstlich) usw…

Cons:

Das Gym ist HÄSSLICH!!!! Der Boden (Weg) durch das ganze Hotelareal ist wirklich nicht schön und für ein 4-Sterne Hotel viel zu lieblos/ hässlich/ zu heiss… Die Poolanlage ist für Kinder super, für uns als Paar eher nicht passend… Die Reception also auch der ganze Eingangsbereich ist nicht schön, viel zu kalt und auch wieder lieblos gestaltet!!! Essen am Abend war okey… Nich super aber.

Wir mussten unsere Reise leider aus privaten Gründen früher als geplant abbrechen. In dieser für uns nicht ganz einfachen Situation waren sowohl das Hotelpersonal als auch Booking äusserst zuvorkommend, verständnisvoll und kulant. Eine solche Menschlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich und wir haben dies wirklich sehr geschätzt.

Auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war das Personal jederzeit für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und humorvoll, sodass wir uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben.

Das Hotel und insbesondere das gesamte Team haben bei uns einen durchwegs positiven und bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Sollten wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, würden wir ohne zu zögern genau dieses Hotel erneut buchen.

Einfach nur top und absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Aufenthalt und die aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. 😊
