Pros:

お風呂が充実しており、部屋は休息出来る環境でした。寝ながらテレビを見たりスマホを充電出来るようにベッド周囲が充実しており良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂のゴミ箱が溢れており、バスマットも山積みになっていた。
サウナで使用するマットも使用前と使用済みが一緒で消毒出来る物もなく不衛生。

ネット予約で2室したのですが、予約の際禁煙と喫煙でかいが誓ったのですが、すぐに隣の部屋に対応して頂き、ありがとうございます😊

すごく良い！また北海道に行くなら泊まるのを視野に入れる。

アイスとかカップラーメンの自販機があるところ
コンビニの箸忘れた時に凄い助かった
あと入口が豪華

アクセスが悪く移動にかなり時間を要してしまった。スタッフの方とはチェックイン時以外接する機会がなかったので無機質な印象。朝食場所のスタッフさんは挨拶もなく黙々と自分の仕事に没頭されていたので、せめておはようございますなどのお声掛けはほしかっ
Pros:

ベッドや寝具が清潔で安眠できました。

Cons:

観光時期だったこともあり、海外のお客さんが多かった為、エレベーターは常に混雑
楽しみにしていた温泉も洗い場が少なく裸のまま待たなければいけなかった。
朝食付きプランだったが、２日間あまり魅力を感じるメニューではなかったのでかなりがっかりした。部屋の洗面所のパッキンに黒カビが生えていたり電子ケトルにホコリが被っていて、あまり清潔感は感じなかった。
