大変良かったです。
Pros:

条件が大浴場・ツイン・駐車場・食事・手ごろな宿泊費が最低条件。この条件が満たされればあとは辛抱するタイプ。当ホテルは清潔でフロントウーマンの対応も良くすべて良かった。大浴場も広くくつろげたし、部屋も心地よい配置や清潔感が感じられた。

Cons:

食事内容は申し分なかったがホテルの部屋数の割には食事のテーブル数が少ないように感じられた。注意書きにもあったが相席をお願いすることもあると書いてあった。相席になることはなかったが朝食は6時30分からで10分前に会場についたが既に数十人の先客が並んでおり場所取りに少し焦った。どこのホテルも朝食バイキングで一皿目を確保するまではごった返すがいったん席に着いた後は落ち着く。しかしこの後来た客は料理を余裕でチョイスできるが埋まってしまったテーブルの空きを見つけるのが難儀となる。このあたりのバランスが難しい。

Would stay again.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. They had microwaves on main floor that were shared, which worked well for me. Parking worked also, was a little tight on space, but I was able to park.

Cons:

Comfortable room and good location.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good which is why I always stay here when I holiday in Hokkaido and base in Sapporo. The facilities are great - onsen, gift shop, reception, housekeeping services are all excellent.

Cons:

I informed that I would be travelling my family including my 90yo, brother and nephew who have not been to Hokkaido. I requested for our 2 twin rooms to be located NEXT to the lift lobby. This can facilitate us who are pushing my mother in her wheelchair. However, our rooms (1444 and 1443) were located very far down almost towards the end of the corridor.

My nephew's single room is okay - he was assigned room 1102.

It is our twin rooms that we are not satisfied with.

札幌での学会出席のため利用　価格、サービス共に良かった！
Pros:

コンビニ　セブンイレブンが7分くらい
ファミリーマートが5分くらい　の所にあります。
夜でも街路灯があるため、夏季は怖い感じはしません。

イオンは、10分以内
お客様は多く、ミスド・銀だこもありました。
北海道限定のものがリーズナブルに購入でき、
レジ脇で段ボールを頂き、家にお土産を
発送しました。

Cons:

土曜日夜の大浴場は、混雑がひどかったです。
例えば、25時までとか開けて頂けると、
より快適になるかも
