最高
Pros:

温泉もあるので短い滞在でもゆっくりと過ごすことが
できてよかった。ロビーも広く店員さんの対応もよく
スムーズにチェックインできました！！
お部屋も綺麗でした。
アメニティのコップが紙コップだったのときちんと
個包装だったので安心でした。

Cons:

温泉の脱衣所の使い方があまりよくないかなと思った。
使ったかごを椅子の上に置きっぱなし
使い終わったタオルをそのままカゴにかけてたり
温泉の出入り口の黄色いタオルが何枚も
ぐちゃぐちゃになって敷かれてたり
ウォーターサーバーの隣のゴミ箱があふれてたり
ドライヤー後のモップがされていないのか髪の毛が
あちこち落ちてたり。
あと一つできればベビーベットがあると
ありがたいなと思いました。

Very nice during off season.
Pros:

The bath options were something new. Like 8-9 different ones to enter. The two restaurants onsite were nice too. My single bed was comfortable as well.

Cons:

The parking lot was tore up. Looked horrible. Glad I had a motorcycle.

Pros:

駐車場も広くて、施設内も広くて良かった。

Cons:

外国人が多すぎた事。偏見だけど、お風呂が同じっていうのが自分としてはキツかった。
あと、周りに飲食店が少なかった。
北海道ならではのお店が欲しかった

Pros:

朝食会場が広くて待ち時間なくスムーズに入れて朝の慌ただしい時間も無駄なく過ごせました。
部屋の窓はめ殺しが残念です少しでも開けることができると閉塞感がなくもっとよいと思いました。

30分ほど早く着いたのでチェクインしたのですが、追加料金がかかり　当たり前ですが支払いましたが、今回いや以前も
他のホテルでは追加料金は発生せず　たぶんサービスであつたとおもいますが、フロントの方も当たり前の仕事をしただけですが、
