ツインルームは広さが快適でした。
お部屋サービスも良かったです。

Cons:

フロントはもう少し気づかいがあっても良いかな！朝のタクシーは自身で呼べ等々アクセスがちょいと不便でしたね!
また千歳空港への直行バスが無くなっていた事は残念！

コスパは良いのでこんなもんかなと

お風呂はきれいで整っていました

Cons:

場所が不便なので仕方がないのですが多くの外国人観光客を受け入れることで成り立っているのだと思います。
平日でも大型バス複数台が到着し、唯一の１F居酒屋を占拠します。　ただその居酒屋さんも正直お味はイマイチ。
隣に「とんでん」はありますがいわゆる北海道に来たからこの店に！みたいなのは近くにありません。
