Pros:

Rooms were spacious compared to other accommodations in Japan. Provided us with new towels on the second day even though we did not place any in the hallway to be switched out.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to the closest station entrance but once in the station it has two lines that connect to most places in Tokyo, so it’s out of the way but still connected.

Hotel maravilhoso, equipe do hotel impecável, recomento muito e espero voltar em breve
Pros:

Atendimento de todos da recepção impecável, quarto com tamanho espetacular, limpeza perfeita, localização excelente, recomendo muito o hotel

Cons:

Visualizar se a lavadora de roupa livre ou não pela TV (que existia em outro hotel APA), mas é um detalhe muito pequeno

Praktiskt boende med trevlig personal
Pros:

Hjälpsam personal.
Microvågsugn i receptionen.
Varmvattenkokare och kylskåp.
Ganska nära finns olika snabbköp (7/11 och Family Mart)

Communication problem due to lack of English speaking staff
Pros:

Rooms were clean and location was good if you have a car.

Cons:

We always prefer APA chain in Tokyo. The problem in general is English speaking staff. I kindly ask for a phone call to ANA airline customer services and they declined with the reason of because of the policy of hotel they can not make phone calls and they can not make any reservations etc. Guys I didn't ask for reservation assistance, i just asked for a local phone call with payment. Very basic English English communication is necessary if you are a member of 3 star hotel. Other disappointing subject is refrigerator. I bought lots of beautiful strawberries and the housekeeping turn off the refrigerator with a button which is external. Friends, check the refrigerator if guests have any staff in it. Loads of strawberries were spoiled.

Pros:

Great value for money. Friendly staff and great location very near a metro station.

I stayed in this hotel in 2019, but it has become an even better hotel. Room was more luxurious now.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about 🙂 There is no breakfast at this hotel. But 2 little supermarkets ("combini") and a Moss Burger nearby have plenty of bread to eat (the next) morning 🙂
