Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait juste à côté de la rue hanamikoji. Les chambres sont assez petites mais très confortable. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Cons:

Les portes non automatique sont un calvaire avec beaucoup de bagage et lorsque l’on est seul.

I would come again. Recommend this place as affordable and great hotel.
Pros:

Very great 3 star hotel. It is small as the most/all properties in Japan but it was clean, fresh towels every day and some extra small accessories. Great location, Starbucks on the first floor that was very helpful in the morning.

Excellent location, comfortable and great customer service by staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent to visit Yasaka Jinja and Maruyama Koen during sakura season. Also very convenient to other Higashiyama temples and shrines like Kiyomizudera.

Cons:

I have been staying at this property for over 40 years and never had a problem but I think access to floors with hotel rooms should be more secure.

Great hotel in Gion
Pros:

Great location and walkable in the Gion area. I was nervous after reading reviews on Google Maps, but we didn’t experience any of the negative issues people stated. We enjoyed the Starbucks located on the ground level.

Cons:

The room is a little small by western standards, but okay by Japanese standards. We were able to hear the people in the neighboring room.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Fantastic location next to Maruyama Park and many other attractions. Staff were very helpful and facilities excellent.

Cons:

The king size room was very poky with limited room for two suitcases.
