Relaxing by the pool .
Pros:

I would have to say The Staff from the front counter to the Cleaning Staff were exceptional , Nothing was a problem for them . This is not my first stay at the hotel and it definitely woint be my last . When in Pattaya stay at the Intimate Hotel.

Pros:

The pool is nice and quiet and pool clean.
Staff are nice and friendly. Good location for bars restaurants and baht buses.
Great a cheap hotel.

Cons:

The hotel needs a update in all area's as old looking. Parts of hotel damaged.
Our room always smells of damp, mould.
Breakfast is so limited on choice and menu rarely changed. Get there late and there is no food.
Coffee and tea inside room not free.
This not a 4 star hotel.

Camere un po vecchie, aria condizionata molto rumorosa impossibile da tenere accesa di notte, bagno che emetteva cattivi odori.

Lovely friendly hotel that is fantastic value for money.
Pros:

This is the second time we have started at this hotel and it’s still lovely.
The staff are so friendly, especially sushi the pool bar guy !
The beds are big and very comfortable. The rooms are clean.

Got bitten to death on the first night second morning the staff wouldn’t give me any toilet roll and I am a lady and was on my period then I’ve gone back to get ready bought my own toilet roll then the key card holder has fallen off so no air con no electricity no lights!!
