市内何処へ出掛けるにも便利な拠点
Pros:

ロケーションとしては最高でした。御堂筋線本町駅最寄り出口から傘要らずの距離、コンビニも飲食店も近隣に在ってとても便利な場所でした。
エレベーターが２基有り、混雑による待ち時間も無く、予定通りの行動が出来ました。

Cons:

お部屋（310号室）の設備に少々不具合が有りました。先ずは浴室のシャワーフック（上段）のビスが緩んで外れかけてました。原因は固定ビスが下地に効いていない、若しくはズレているかと思われます。このまま放置すれば入浴中の頭にシャワーが落下、怪我につながります。また、ベッド上のコンセントカバーの割れが酷い状態です。感電、トラッキングによる火災発生にもつながりかねません。早急に修理、対応されて方が良いかと思います。
