Pros:

Proximity to Hommachi Station

Cons:

Couldn’t ring for a taxi for me - I had to wait outside and try to hail one - not many on the road at this location.
Arrived at 7:30am, told no room ready to comeback at 12 pm. I did so, the room was ready but I had to pay 6000 yen extra as it wasn’t 3pm.
