Diamond City Hotel

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly, my room had an awful smell end up buying air fresheners as was only in there for one night if you like a rock hard bed this is for you it’s very uncomfortable. Later found the room covered in mould.

The service was especially lovely — excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout

Happy with my stay. Comfortable rooms, hotel was near many eateries. Many halal food eateries abt 15mins walk away. Staff especially Boupae was friendly n she speaks good English. Nothing to complain about

The staff was kind and upgraded my room for free, and let me store my luggage after checkout. Good location, clean room, and easy checkin/checkout process. Good view from the room, comfortable and clean bed. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

Staffs are very nice and friendly, feels a warm atmosphere around them. Breakfast is very nice and also the lobby. It is comfortable to sit and relax in the lobby. Beds are not bad but the shower's hot & water seems to be mixed. Please fix.

Yo this hotel is great! It's very authentic great and friendly hotel staff i even lost my ring but the next day they found it and called me and kept it safe I'm really gratefull thank you diamond city hotel!!! I will for sure come back next time thanks you

The building is older, but beautiful inside and in a great location for shopping in the Siam area.
But it's the amazing staff that makes this place truly special. Friendly and generous, and extremely helpful if you are new to Thailand. Don't miss your chance to stay at this gem.

Might be an old hotel but comfortable enough and staff is accommodating so people who have to leave early can have breakfast. Pool may need updating and cleaning so we didn’t use it but it can be used. Lobby/dining area is open 24hrs for water, coffee and popcorn.
It’s a hotel one can come back to since it’s near small restaurants and even stores and 7-elevens.

The grab app does not work properly with this location. You have to use nearby addresses to get it to work and everything is crooked and the outlets don't work and they still want it a $500 deposit

Personally, I thought this hotel was amazing, I didn't eat here but I did stay a whole week, I would describe it as boutique, unless i am mistaken the swimming pool is in the lobby area (which is not ideal and accounts for the fact I never saw anyone in it) The staff are very attentive and immediately on the case to resolve issues especially Jessica, but they also leave you alone and let you come and go without fuss. Jessica helped me resolved a banking/telephone issue by allowing me to use her own mobile and when I stayed an extra few days she arranged so i wouldn't have t o check in/check out again especially since I had a tour booked that day, excellent service, friendly great rooms and 9 mins in a taxi to where the tours go, for the price you would have to be extremely picky to want more

Old hotel. Had seen better days. Needs better upkeep and maintenance.

The hotel is great value for money. There area is very easy to get taxi and Tuk tuks from. Lots of local street food. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. A big thank you to the lady who was managing the hotel and Jessica. You both made our stay enjoyable.

The woman who runs the reception named Jessica is absolutely amazing. She insists on taking care of everything you need, and the hotel truly is a diamond in the rough.
Amazing street food in the surrounding area, less than a 5 min walk from Ratchathewi sky train station. A very safe & authentic neighborhood.

The shower in room 311 is not functioning well. In a seconds it automatically changed from warm water to a very hot/very cold water.
We can hear sounds from outside very clearly. Kids crying and tantrum at the middle of the night.
I'm sorry, i won't recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The team here truly knows how to make guests feel special. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable!.. Beautifully decorated rooms with modern amenities. The location is unbeatable! Close to all the major attractions and just a short walk from great restaurants and shops. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel made it easy for us to explore the local sights. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel restaurant was superb. We had some of the best meals of our trip right here! I would love to stay at Diamond city hotel, Bangkok for every time I visit to Bangkok now onwards.

This Hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in, in Thailand. Almost everything is old, dirty and broken. The staff don't care, after being awoken at 6am by an alarm inside the room, he tried to tell me it was my fault for not selecting do not disturb, but I had videod this last night because it was not working. Nor was the TV, the reception/telephone, the room was dusty and smelled bad. Not all the lights worked. The place looks like a second hand shop just filled with old tat. Lucky I took videos and pictures and we checked out before we finished our stay because it was that bad.

I cannot upload the videos on here, but you will see how bad it is if you check out their Google reviews. I wouldn't let a street dog stay there.

Normally , we stayed at Sukhumvit
but it was our first time at this Hotel for a change
