Pros:

Convenience location to Highway.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator.
The bathroom door scraped the floor.

Pros:

Location was great since it was close to several nice restaurants and very clean rooms. This was our first time visiting Fort Smith . I Would have rated higher but only had one elevator. ( normally not a big deal, but the hotel was booked for the Steel Horse Motorcycle Rally). We will definitely be back again next year.

Location of the hotel was far from i40. Had a hard time finding the hotel. We had travel back again to I40.

Horrible, my back my back in the worse pain after that bed. I hate we were lied to about the pool b
Pros:

It was partially clean I didn’t have to clean hard I was prepared to clean the room before my family came in.

Cons:

The beds were hard as bricks, literally I’m 200+ pounds I normally make a good indentation in one not that bed! My back hurt bad I don’t get any/much sleep. We also was told this place had a pool that was open my kids were depending on that to have fun. The pool looks like it hasn’t been used in years. We checked out early, the manger stated we could get out money (deposit)back if she checked the room she literally picked her phone up with in 6 secs said the room smelled like smoke. I said no way had my partner walk to the room then all of a sudden she didn’t smell it any more. And gave out deposit and the money for the night we fdidnt stay. She wasn’t happy about it at all.

Pros:

Breakfast seemed to be refrozen pastries. Nothing to select to make it more appealing. And no options available in hotel. Pantry had nothing but water all 3 days we were there

Pros:

Perfect location for the pickleball tournament nearby !!! Big clean comfortable room !!!!
