És un hotel senzill però molt correcte, amb bona atenció i tracte per part del personal. Bona relació qualitat/preu. Ideal per 2-3 nits d'un viatge de feina en el que no has d'anar al centre. El barri on està situat no té molta oferta a nivell gastronòmic, però el metro és a prop i en dos o tres parades et plantes a llocs amb més activitat i més oci.
L'habitació feia una olor extranya, no sé si per la moqueta. Tot estava molt net i el llit era molt còmode. Arreglaven l'habitació i netejaven cada dia però a l'entrar feia una olor rara, desagradable, com a humitat. Era necessari ventilar sí o sí. Per la resta, tot correcte...el menjar del restaurant, això sí, molt millorable.
Posizione vicino alla metro rossa e verde
Polvere ovunque
Muy buena ubicación a 5-10 minutos andando de dos estaciones de metro (una en llano y otra cuesta abajo). Habitación amplias, camas muy pequeñas para dos personas, no son camas dobles ni por asomo.
Desayuno muy prefabricado, sitio para desayunar pequeño tienes que tener suerte para pillar mesa y desayunar sentado. Hotel viejo reformado pero poco cuidado. Moho y humedad en los baños. Se oye bastante ruido de las otras habitaciones sobre todo las puertas que tienes que cerrarlas dando portazos. La cama excesivamente pequeña e incomoda, una persona de 1,70 no entra a lo largo! Almohadas muy incómodas. Pagas 10€/noche por parking que no tiene acceso interior al hotel y tienes que pagar 20€ para cargar un coche híbrido que tiene un pedete de batería, teniendo a la vuelta del hotel cargadores en la calle más baratos!

La habitación era un poco estrecha y la ducha estaba separada del resto del cuarto de baño, pero no estaba mal

Alojamiento muy antiguo, la persona de recepción casi nunca está en su sitio, tienes que esperar a que se digne a aparecer y aparece comiendo y masticando comida… poco profesional
The hotel is localisation is perfect. From there you can catch any subway and changing the lines is so easy from there. There is supermarkets around the hotel so you can get some food there too. The hotel has a rooftop with a view on a river Vaso da Gama, but the sunset you can’t see because the building in front of it doesn’t let you. The hotel offers you a welcome drink in a rooftop and it was a really pleasure.
The soundproof wasn’t really well because in my case I had loud neighbours and it seemed they were not just in a next room, but exactly in my room, but it’s typical for Portugal.
In terms of cleaning it was good, I didn’t notice anything dirty. Be aware they don’t provide shower gel, shampoo, but they have hairdryer and some soap to wash your hands. The room is well equipped.
Soundproof is not the best, you can hear everyone passing or talking, but it was not that terrible.
Die Betten waren bequem
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, im Hotel angekommen sagte man uns, dass das Frühstück erst um 7:30 Uhr beginnt und sie nichts machen können. Wenn es doch ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens ist, ist es nicht kundenfreundlich. Man sollte zumindest darauf hinweisen, aber nirgendwo waren Informationen darüber, erst im Hotel haben wir es erfahren. Die tolle Terasse war übrigens auch geschlossen. Das Zimmer, vor allem das Bad war sehr klein und es gab nur einen Aufzug der extrem langsam fuhr. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter.
Le rooftop, l'accueil et les conseils de visite de la ville. La chambre est excellente avec rapport qualité prix non négligeable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et à volonté à prendre absolument. Le parking en sous-sol est très pratique. Les déplacements en transport en commun sont rapides pour les points stratégiques de la ville.
