安い！駅近！ディズニー行く＋東京ドーム予定ある時にちょうどいい場所。コンビニも近くにあるし、駅付近にスーパーもあるからご飯には困らない。

TOTALして普通。泊まる「だけ」であれば使ってもいいかぐらい。
Pros:

♨️温泉があるのと、🚉駅から近い。
スタッフの対応が丁寧で迅速。
コスパがいい方だと思う。

Cons:

トイレは気をつけた方がいい。
大きい方をしたくなった場合、めんどくさいけど
一階か別の使えるフロアに行くことをオススメする。
部屋の🚽トイレ、流れが悪くて詰まりやすいのに、
スッポンと洗浄剤、つまり掃除用具が置いてない。
あと時間によっては🏪コンビニが激混みする。
トイレの件でスタッフに聞いた際、「一応、
情報共有させていただきますけど、アパホテル
置いてないですし、ここは古い建物なので、」
という答えが返ってきた。それがいいかは別として、
個人的には先に述べた通り、業務を改善
するか、施設を改修していただきたい。

大浴場で寛げた。水泳の大会のため使用したため、お風呂は身体がほぐれ疲労回復できた。

good location, comfort bed
Pros:

everything is perfect to stay. location is good, next to Shiomi station (3-5 minutes walk) with Lawson located next to the hotel.
All amenities were ready to use, except for body lotion.
We have two adults and one child, so there were 3 beds ready to stay so comfortably.

Cons:

We have 3 suitcases which required some space, but the room is quite small to open all at the same time. We need to put them on each other to make some space for walking in the room.
There’re space under the bed for suitcase, but ours (28”) were too big to keep under it.
