Un super séjour.
Pros:

L’accueil s’est très bien déroulé et la chambre était impeccable. L’emplacement est très bien pour visiter TOKYO. Les petits espaces verts au sein de l’hôtel sont un plus et très relaxant.

La gentillesse du personnel.
La chambre était jolie, agréable et plutôt spacieuse par rapport à d’autres hôtels à Tokyo.
Le petit déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de choix sucré ou salé.
Quartier agréable et calme, loin de l’agitation, parfait pour se reposer et déconnecter un peu.

Cons:

Wifi parfois un peu lente.

Perfect place and situation
Pros:

Cet hôtel est parfait !
Décoration soignée, jardin Japonais pour l'ambiance, très bon et copieux petit déjeuner, très bon restaurant pour le soir, très calme, proche du métro, pas très loin d'un parc pour courir, ... personnel au petit soin. Bref parfait !

Cons:

Chambre un peut petite pour caser les bagages ;(

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé à la croisée de plusieurs lignes de métro. Les chambres sont très bien, propres, bien agencées. Le petit déjeuner japonais est une pure merveille. Le rapport qualité prix est top 👍🏻

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bains publics

Un séjour très agréable à tous points de vue
Pros:

Très bon hôtel. Jolie décoration/ravissant jardin et service japonais attentif et fiable. Propreté irréprochable. Lits confortables. Hôtel calme, bien insonorisé. Pas trop grand et impersonnel.
Très bons petits-déjeuners. Restaurant japonais testé deux fois (midi et soir) : délicieux et prix très raisonnable. Le thé offert en fin d'après-midi est très agréable. Emplacement calme, assez proche du JR. A 20 minutes à pied de la Kagurazaka. beaucoup de restaus sympas dans le quartier. Au final, excellent rapport qualité-prix. Pour nos prochains séjours à Tokyo, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Cons:

Rien ne nous a vraiment déplu.

Great location to trains & would recommend
Pros:

Hotel was in quiet street & in fantastic location so close to train station. Staff were excellent & addressed guests needs quickly. Window view of garden which was nice. Laundry great lots of machines, gym, sitting area over garden & water feature & massage chair’s. Filtered water on tap to fill your bottles which is always handy & ice machine.

Cons:

Room was small & bed/pillows hard as is often found in Japan, but adequate for stay.

Very good stay
Pros:

Very good location - several train stations are within walking distance. Quiet location. Very clean rooms. Breakfast can be chosen between buffet and Japanese style, both of which are very rich and delicious. The staff is polite and helpful. They also understand English. Will definitely be the place to stay on our next visit to Tokyo. The Comfort Twin room is spacious and comfortable. Very suitable for two people. We stayed there for 7 nights.
