Удобно расположен в 5-7 минутах от метро. Если вы ищите жилье только чтоб кинуть вещи и переночевать то это место отлично подходит

Cons:

Комнате 10 метров, развернуться негде. Уборка. - мусор выкинули, но не весь (тот что не поместился в ведро из-за своих габаритов и стоял возле ведра так и остался там стоять хотя было понятно что это мусор)
