Me encantó la ubicación y la atención, el personal es muy amable
Creo q deberían dar agua de cortesía, al menos el primer día, no había papel higiénico en mi habitación, tuve q ir a pedirlo a recepción y me lo proporcionaron de inmediato sin problema, creí q deben poner mayor atención a esos pequeños detalles, también creo q deberían ampliar un poco más su menú, en el desayuno podrían incluir fruta o jugo y sería muy bueno si pudieran poner una máquina expendedora ya que la tiendita más cercana está a 2 kilómetros y si no llevas carro es imposible conseguir un snack, botana o algo, también seria maravilloso que dieran mayor mantenimiento a las instalaciones

El agua de la alberca un poco turbia
Para llegar a la zona arqueológica si vas en carro particular muy bien pero si van en transporte público o taxi es muy complicado y caro.
Un lugar muy tranquilo, cero molestias, definitivamente volvería a reservar.
El desayuno esta muy bien, riquisimo lo malo es que la porción se me hace que fue muy poquito, sugeriría agregar un poco mas a la porción.
I liked the location near Chichen Itza and across the road from a beautiful cenote. The pool was cute and seemed to be very popular with families with small kids.
The facility did not have electricity until around 6pm during my stay. I was not able to charge my phone and also there was no way to get cash. Fortunately the owner let me run a tab at the restaurant, otherwise I would have gone hungry.

Esta en carretera pero hay transporte para que te dejen enfrente del hotel
La comida tiene muy buen sabor, toda preparada al momento
no tenía tele por cable aunque al reservar si lo menciona hubo cortes importantes de luz y no se contaba con respaldo ni pronta solución. El personal sin amplio criterio para dar soluciones
