La proximité du chichen itza. La piscine écologique est très rafraîchissante.
Le petit déjeuner très light. Le bruit de la route.

Staff was nice. Dinner menu not extensive. But what i did have, sopa and hamburgesa, was pretty tasty
Theres some traffic noise but not too too bad. Breakfast was OK.
El. Lugar, su tranquilidad
Habían arañas grandes en la habitscion
Small boutique hotel that had 2 pools, outdoor seating areas and a dining area that was quite comfortable to relax in. Staff were friendly and breakfast was included with the package.
Not that the hotel staff is to blame but I did find noisy because of the forest animals.
staff 10/10 - so helpful and felt like staying with family. Opposite cenote ik kil and shuttle to chichen itza.
Great service and food. Great location.
The "cenote" pool was closed

Poca variedad en el menú
The staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was simple and good. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. They have two pools and are directly across the road from a cenote.

We arrive at the hotel early in the morning, check in, and are given a nice room immediately, even though it is only 9:30 AM. The room is very large and had two king-sized beds. The bathroom is fine. Breakfast is included and it's tasty.
There's a nice swimming pool, though it's located by the busy Valladolid-Merida highway.
One can also swim in the 'piscina ecologica', natural limestone-bottom pool.
In the evening, one can enjoy dinner at the hotel's Kasta-Kan restaurant, a typical Mayan restaurant, and then have a drink or a beer by the pool.
The service is friendly and attentive.
On the other side of the road there is Ik Kil cenote, and nearby the ruins of Chichen Itza.
The evening food at the hotel restaurant is not very good.
Fine enough for a night or two while you do chichen Itzá, kind of a weird location if you don't have a car, bed was fine, shower was fine, restaurant was fine,
No free drinkable water on sight.
Location is tricky for backpackers
Location , staff friendliness, cleanliness
Beds could use an upgrade
