La correttezza e signorilità dello staff. Abbiamo dimenticato un oggetto importante in camera, lo hanno custodito con cura e con la massima collaborazione me lo hanno rspedito fino a casa. Poi, si mangia benissimo, bella spiaggia, piscina adorabile.

It's an ok place if you want to have a couple days on a beach. They offer towels for rent, there is a parking and there is an elevator to the beach level in case you have troubles taking stairs.
I wouldn't really recommend the food. The quality of the products could have been much better as they use the cheapest. If you want a coffee or soft drink while you're on the beach, it really is better to walk to a bar on other site as in the hotel's bar you would find almost nothing and it will cost you a fortune. If you decide to stay on a beach for a couple more hours after the check-out, be ready to pay yet another fortune even though you use only a beach lounger and a parking spot. Oh, and be ready to argue with a beach guard who prefers rules over your comfort.

Prezzo eccessivo per stanze piccole, docce strette (quasi inaccessibili), vecchii sanitari, rubinetterie, frigorifero e arredi. Poca attenzione per gli ospiti. Chiusura spiaggia ore 19.
Rooms little outdated very small shower very poor wifi
The location and facilities were fantastic. The rooms spacious and clean. The beach access and beautiful surrounds were incredible.
The air conditioning took a bit of negotiating to get working.

La struttura è spettacolare, tutto fantastico dalla piscina alla spiaggia. Camere un po’ obsolete, ma ci sta.
Staff estremamente maleducato ed arrogante, nessun buongiorno e buonasera e pronti a rispondere male a qualunque richiesta. Non mi piace rivolgere recensioni negative a chi lavora, ma penso che l’educazione sia un valore aggiunto fondamentale. Unica eccezione va alla cortesia del bagnino Filippo ed a una delle signore delle pulizie.

Hotel con piscina molto bella e situato fronte mare con lido privato e bar a disposizione tutto molto comodo.

La posizione, il garage, la spiaggia privata e la piscina compresa nella tariffa.
Pulizie decisamente da migliorare, non all'altezza della struttura
La posizione è stata l’unica cosa positiva della vacanza per il resto un disastro non è di certo una struttura a 4 stelle direi un tre. Camere minuscole materassi vecchi piena d polvere (il copriletto penso non sia stato lavato da anni).
Struttura vecchia e sporca. Stanze minuscole e avevamo preso una superior. wifi inesistente staff veramente maleducato la signora della reception non era mai presente e arrogante è dir poco. trattati malissimo e senza nessun tipo d customer service.
