Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sauber und das Frühstück war sehr reichlich an Auswahl.

- zentrale Lage direkt am Kurpark
- sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, große Auswahl (besonders das Rührei war sehr lecker)
- Lobby und Frühstücksraum im historischen Ambiente
- kleiner Aufzug vorhanden, wenn auch nicht rollstuhlgerecht
- kleine Teebar und Leseecke in der Lobby
- Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche waren sehr sauber und geräumig

Cons:

- Das Personal wirkte leider etwas demotiviert und wenig hilfsbereit.
Ich war mit Rollstuhl/Krücken unterwegs und hatte einige Probleme die Eingangstür zu öffnen oder die Tür zum Aufzug. Das Personal hat dies auch mitbekommen, aber leider keine Hilfe angeboten.
Schade fand ich auch, dass man nicht auf die Vorzüge des Hotels hingewiesen wurde, wie z.B. den Garten, die Leseecke und die Teebar.
Ein Lächeln und ein klein wenig Smalltalk um den Gast Willkommen zu heißen wäre nett gewesen. Vielleicht haben wir die Mitarbeiter aber auch einfach nur an einem schlechten Tag erwischt.
- Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes wurden Fassadenarbeiten durchgeführt, darauf wurde bei der Buchung leider nicht hingewiesen. Unser Zimmer war von dem Fassadengerüst zwar nicht betroffen, ein Hinweis auf Bauarbeiten wäre aber dennoch nett gewesen.
- Betten für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich, aber dennoch bequem.
- Unser Zimmer (523) war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Das Mobiliar im Stil der 70er hatte Charm, aber auch einige Abnutzungsspuren, sauber war es dennoch.
Die bei der Buchung gezeigten Fotos stellen wohl bereits renovierte Zimmer dar.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dennoch genossen und würden das Hotel auch in Zukunft noch einmal besuchen.
