Pros:

Die Lage im innerstädtischen Bereich ist vortrefflich.
Die Innenstadt und der Schloßbereich sind günstig zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war benutzerfreundlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und durch das Fachwerk des Baus interessant gestaltet.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit einem großen Angebot unterschiedlichster Erzeugnisse.

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem gepflegten historischen Ambiente
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig, ist sehr sauber und gut geführt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert, das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgezeichnet.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Dachzimmer im Schloss. Jedes Zimmer hat einen historischen Namen, der Hintergrund dazu ist an der jeweiligen Tür zu lesen. So entwickelt man schnell ein Gefühl für die wechselhafte Geschichte des Schlosses und seiner Bewohner.

Cons:

Da einige Straßen wegen Baumaßnahmen gesperrt waren, hatten wir Probleme mit der Zufahrt zum Hotel.

Sauna war geräumig.

Cons:

Der Zustand der Zimmer und der Flure ist dringend überholungsbedürftig - bei uns war die Duschhalterung und das Nachtlicht defekt.

Die Lage sehr zentral, ein schöner Ausgangsort zum Erkunden der Stadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer stand erst ab 17.00 Uhr, statt ab 15.00 Uhr zur Verfügung.
Es gab keine Entschuldigung.
Ein Getränk zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit wurde auch nicht angeboten - macht keinen guten Eindruck und kann auch nicht weiter empfohlen werden.

Teppiche schmutzig und abgeranzt.In der Dusche Schimmel.
Es ist alles in allem sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Hervorragendes Frühstück - alles frisch und appetitlich angerichtet

Cons:

Das Bad könnte eine kleine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Blickdichte/Verdunkelnde Vorhänge könnten im Erdgeschoss verhindern, dass Autos im Innenhof das Zimmer abends/nachts beim vorwärts einparken taghell beleuchten.

so ein schmutziges , ja verdrecktes Hotel hatten wir bis dato noch nirgends

die Lage in der Innenstadt war gut , allerdings gibt es seit Ewigkeiten ein Riesenbaustelle drumherum und es passiert schon , dass der Bagger in die Fenster des Frühstückraumes hineinschaut...

Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für die Stadtbesichtigung und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Hier tobt das Leben. Das Zimmer ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sehr groß. Hervorzuheben ist hier ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind kostenpflichtig, aber vom Hotel werden weitere Parkplätze ein paar Meter weiter kostenfrei Angeboten.
