Wenn kein Zimmer in einem besseren Zustand zur Verfügung steht werden wir dort nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage sehr gut.
Das Zimmer hat uns für ein 4* Hotel sehr enttäuscht. War sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
Sah echt ungepflegt aus.
Z. B. Der Fön im Badezimmer nicht mehr zeitgemäß für ein solches Hotel

Even if we were there just one night we had such a imemorable experience due to how nice it was, how great the spa area,
Pros:

Clean, great breakfast and such nice staff.
Especially the receptionist Jalal, that was the best!
He is so professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable.
The spa is great too.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind gegen die Hitze nicht geschützt. Es war eine sehr hohe Temperatur im Zimmer. Der vorhandene Ventilator hat die heiße Luft verteilt und war viel zu laut.

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen!
Pros:

Das Hotel lag in der Nähe des Zentrums. Das Zentrum war fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück!

Cons:

Wir haben von Sonntag auf Montag übernachtet. Leider war das Restaurant am Sonntagabend geschlossen.

Da kann das Hotel nichts für. Das Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert, das war auch klar. Es war unerträglich heiß. Wie gesagt, kein Fehler des Hotels.
