Great hotel with good facilities.
Pros:

A lovely hotel, with good facilities, including an indoor pool. Stayed in an executive suite which was lovely and spacious. The food was really nice and breakfast portion were very big. The staff. Could not have been more friendly and helpful,

Jan visit
Pros:

Reception staff were exceptional. Offering us a room on level, as 1 in party came out of hospital hours earlier. This was perfect.Fantastic breakfast in morning .

Quiet break
Pros:

Staff lovely and. Friendly. Rooms cosy and clean we had a lovely view over the water.

Cons:

Used the leisure centre a few wee things could be added like hairdryers and body wash.

Everything was excellent and I would have no qualms in staying again,
Pros:

The hotel had a great variety of amenities. They catered for adult and children, e.g, play areas and snooker/pool tables etc. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Lovely views across the river.

Cons:

Was only there for 1 night. I had no dislikes.

Incroyable Hotel, avec la vue sur la mer à couper le souffle
Pros:

La vue de cet hôtel est juste incroyable, malgré qu’il soit loin de Édimbourg et à 20 minutes, des stations de train, cet hôtel, reste un 1 endroit calme pour se reposer avec une vue directe sur la mer

Cons:

Petit bémol sur le fait que la station de train soit un peu loin pour les personnes qui nous loue, pas de voiture

Won't be going back there

Breakfast was just ok bacon abit raw looking sausages no the best mushrooms good

9 in the group was all good until the last night in games room ....ordered drinks for last orders at 10.30pm 5 mins later staff member appeared and said we need to leave NOW he said his supervisor told him to say not friendly at all so went to find him to ask why he said for us to leave Now his reply was I CAN SAY AND DO ANY TIME PLUS IT NEEDS CLEANED so went back to the group to say... by that time they were out gamesroom 10.48 then we had to ask the lad to open the door as had been locked before 11pm to get to our rooms ..so then we go out Rep.door to have a smoke before bed and see the young lads leave the games area and NO cleaning been done
