Very pleased
Pros:

The staff was all very friendly
The views were amazing

Cons:

The shower was a small problem as the water leaked out past the small door and the seal along the bottom must’ve been worn as when o came out the shower the bathroom floor was soaked

Lovely views but noisy.
Pros:

The property was in an excellent location with fantastic views across the bay.

Cons:

The noise from other rooms most of the night prevented us from sleeping which we reported back to staff. I haven’t heard any thing back as an apology.

Very poor experience overall
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The bed was old and uncomfortable with the springs poking into your back, the breakfast was extremely greasy, the shower temperature didn't control and was from cold to scalding off and on without touching the thermostat, the sink drain was blocked, the toilet flush was stiff.

The stay we had was perfect an made our anniversary even more special
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful the views were stunning rooms were nice and clean the staff were so nice very helpful kind also showed us the family room as we want to bring the children next time we dnt often get away together it was our anniversary and the stay just made that extra special the food was 10/10 but the reception staff were awesome very chatty couldn’t help enough

There really isn’t anything I didn’t like was a perfect from start to finish

Pros:

Great location & facilities, staff great cant do enough for you . Very aware and knowledgeable about food allergens which was a massive bonus

Cons:

Only small problem was the hotel & xaravan oark doesn't have any EV car chargers...
