Really nice place. Staff were good and friendly. Views are brilliant. Food excellent.
All very good.
Lovely family room with a stunning view over the Firth of Forth from Edinburgh to the Forth Road Bridges. Staff were polite and friendly on arrival and departure. In fact all of the staff were very helpful.
There wasn't anything I didn't like in the hotel. We were bed and breakfast, and my only gripe really was that there wasn't much choice at breakfast if you didn't want a cooked breakfast.
The location and view are amazing
The decor could do with a bit updating rather than the very “brown” interior, be great to make it blue and bright like its location
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal, super gutes Essen
We stayed in an exec family suite: the room was spacious and the views over the bay were incredible. The staff were friendly and welcoming and really helpful.
Very slight criticism, but the bathroom was dated and for a suite, it would be nice to see this upgraded. It took nothing away from our stay, so not a negative, just a suggestion
Great location, food was amazing and staff all very friendly. Plenty to keep kids occupied.
Room 101 was supposed to have a balcony or terrace but there was only a walkway with no direct access from the room which was very overlooked. Also think soft play area should be included - £2.50 for 30 mins (even for 18 month old) was very expensive.
The location and views from balcony were beautiful. Having access to a pool. A large room very good for family. Having fridge in room.
The pool and facilities were very dirty when we visited on Saturday late afternoon.
Love the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and the views are stunning
Pillows were terrible on beds.
The view and the staff
Everything good
The location, overlooking the bay was fantastic! Horizons restaurant was fab!
Nothing.
Excellent room, clean and tidy. Beautiful view and location. Tasty cooked breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout hotel
Leisure centre was clean but quite dated/tired, esp steam room.
The staff, location & cleanliness were great. Good quality toiletries, comfy bed.
The breakfast was disappointing, very pale sausage looked undercooked & lots of white slobbery fat on the bacon, cold toast.
