Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con un neonato di 5 mesi due notti ed e stato davvero una pessima esperienza, a parer mio non e nemmeno da una stella...figuriamoci un tre srelle 🤦🏻♀️
Persinale davvero maleducato e scortese
Diffidate dalle foto ingannevoli perche non rispecchiano affatto lo stato effetivo della struttura stessa.
Struttura datata e in pessimo stato igienico sanitario :
- Bagno sporco con ancora residui di feci
- Ragnatele in camera
- Mocquettes maleodorante e con macchie
- Muri che si scrostano
- Piastrelle del bagno in all che si staccano
- Puzza di fumo nel pianerottolo
- Camere non insonorizzate
- Area ping pong abbandonata
- Piscina inesistente

Quando sono arrivato non funzionava ascensore, il mattino dopo non funzionava luce locale colazione. Il ristorante non l'ho visto...ed il wc, nella mia camera, era praticabile solo per chi è meno di 140 cm

Hotel staff was simply amazing and super helpful, the Romanian lady from reception that open the morning shift was incredibly helpful, each day called a taxi for me because I did not use roaming or got the chance to buy an Italian sim, each morning prepared the breakfast because due to Cosmoproof I had to try to leave early. Breakfast was amazing and much better than some hotels in the city from London to be honest with you (prosciutto, salami, cheese, coffee, juice and a large variety of pastries). Despite all the negative reviews I have seen, the room was big and clean. The only problem, which is not their fault really, is the location which is in the middle of nowhere 15km out of the city and during cosmoproof is nearly impossible to find a taxi back. Maybe because of this lady o was lucky enough to find taxi every morning within 10 min of waiting. But whenever you book the hotel it is your job to check the location if is suitable or not. I had to book this hotel because the prices in Bologna city were a totally rip off, more expensive than Burj Al Arab and living in Dubai for 10 years I can make this comparison or with 1 night in the Bologna city I can spend 1 month in Thailand in a great hotel apart.
If you planning to visit Bologna, Hotel Elefante Bianco can offer you great clean rooms, great breakfast but you should rent a car to move around because the taxis are very expensive (average 50 euro per trip) and in case there is an event in the city, due to such pour organization, you will have difficulties finding a taxi back.

Location was acceptable, after finding it. Booking.com and hotel need to give better information on the hotel location, correct road name, code, area. Hotel and food was very disappointing.
