Ciutadella Gem
Pros:

The staff were friendly, attentive and very hard working. The hotel is located on the cala with a swimming ladder on the rocks. Taking breakfast outside on the deck was a treat. Walking distance to the center of Ciutadella. Pool was refreshing.

Cons:

Beds were a little on the hard side.

Magnifique séjour, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Pros:

L’emplacement exceptionnel, le personnel très accueillant et gentil. La chambre était confortable et toujours propre, comme le reste de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et varié.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Proximité avec la cala des degollador (échelle en dessous de l’hôtel)
L’hôtel est propre et le petit déjeuner parfait

EL hotel está en una ubicación excelente, dando un paseo se puede llegar en 15 minutos al centro de Ciudadela. Las habitaciones son cómodas y confortables. Desayuno bueno y variado. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle. Tiene acceso directo para bañarse en el mar. Lo mejor: el personal del hotel, amables y muy atentos.

Hermoso hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, nos ayudaron a elegir las playas, nos dieron respuesta a todos nuestros pedidos. Todos muy amables y colaboradores.
La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro de ciudatella, y el acceso al mar y los atardeceres increíbles.

Cons:

Lo unico que se podría mejorar es que la heladera de la habitación tenga freezer y las paredes son finas, por lo que escuchábamos hablar a los del cuarto de al lado.
