Water flow in shower and sink almost non existent Small cups no spoons or saucers Coffee machine with only expresso no sachets for a decent cup of coffee.Asked for early morning call to catch ferry did not happen the Guy on Reception said he called our room told him phone did not ring surly one would knock on the door if no response to call .Shower cubicle was extremely small and water was cold.

Think it was a manager we spoke to he was nice too..they young ones at the bar Saturday night, had no personality to work behind a bar..the beer garden, could do with a good clean, very dated hotel and rooms are 1970..TV could not get reception, we were told move around the wires that were hanging down, the cups in room were dirty, the hair dryer, must of been there since hotel was built, white plastic thing, wire half rotten on it..entrance has flowers and tree ,but could do with a tidy up..we paid 260 for the night ,no breakfast included.
Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on reception who helped us sort out an issue with the in room TV.
Food was very good in the restaurant and breakfast service tasty with attentive service. We were directed to a parking space on arrival which was appreciated as there was a festival nearby which seemed busy
