Our 3 day break.
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly, very attentive and professional, our first contact was the receptionist, Dawn. She was very nice and friendly, with a great sense of humour 😀, second contact was for breakfast, as soon as we opened the door we were greeted by a very nice waiter, he also was a credit to your staff. Food was excellent and reasonable. Our room was spacious and clean, as expected, overall it was a great 3 day break. 100 percent we will be back.

Cons:

The walk across the bridge, it was extremely windy.but its Ireland. 😀

Excellent hotel, friendly and competent staff who go the extra mile for the guests
Pros:

First, the staff are friendly, helpful and very competent, and secondly their breakfasts are the best I have ever had in a career which has included over 40 years of frequent hotel stays.

A comfortable room and good value for money. Service in the bar/dining area was first class.

Cons:

It's a minor grip, but I found the seating in the restaurant a little difficult to get on with. When sitting on the banquets, the dining table is too high, and when sitting on a hard chair, I couldn't get my legs under the table.

Loved the friendly waiter staff both for evening meals and breakfast

The staff so helpful and friendly , bedroom is spotless . The food really good. . Riverbank House Hotel is highly recommended.. parking no problem.
I hope nextime l can get the room facing to the bridge. Thank you riverbank H. Me and my husband enjoy our stay.

A lovely cosy comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Its style, close to the water, comfortable bed. Slept very well once I turned the heating off.

Cons:

No power to sockets on one side of the room on arrival. The flip switch was re-positioned after an hour or so. Phone didn’t work to call reception regarding issues like having to ask for room to be cleaned at 6pm on my second day. Dirty remote control (I find the remote control is never cleaned wherever I stay, not just Riverbank House Hotel, Don’t forget the Remote!!) Breakfast was great but not included in the price I had to pay for my room.
