Magical experience! It felt like going back in time!
Pros:

The care with which this property was restored is impressive! From furniture to window treatments to decor—all was carefully selected and displayed. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately, being a restored 19th-century building, there is no elevator.

Ambiance rétro et romantique
Pros:

Excellent accueil et discussion intéressante pendant toute notre sejour avec la personne polyglotte de la réception. Ambiance rétro et romantique dans un petit palais, c'est la première fois que nous avons dormi dans un véritable musée. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux dans une salle intimiste du restaurant, vaisselle d'époque évidemment. On peut tout visiter à pied et le bus pour l'aéroport est à 8 mn à pied.

Pros:

Location was perfect, staff were amazing. Very lovely gothic feel to hotel.

Cons:

Not drinking facilties in room besides mini bar. Breakfast options for me were very limited. Guests need to be aware there is no lift.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

L'atmosphère de l'hôtel, le décor particulièrement soigné, l'amabilité du personnel et la situation au calme tout en étant proche des moyens de transport, tant pour le métro que pour le bus pour l'aéroport. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre devait avoir les rideaux tirés en raison de la co-visibilité du voisinage. C'est assez désagréable. Ayant réservé assez longtemps à l'avance j'aurais apprécié être dans une chambre donnant sur l'arrière par exemple avec possibilité d'avoir une vue sur la cour plantée...
De même je n'ai pas compris pourquoi je n'ai pu réserver avec petit-déjeuner inclus alors qu'il existe ?!
