The receptionist made one feel at home and very taken care of. She is very kind and warm hearted. This stands out exceptionally over any other hotel.
Nice and centrally located to get to all attractions.

Cons:

There was no complimentary coffee or tea to drink in the morning whilst getting ready for the day.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless — everything was clean, fresh, and clearly very well looked after.

The aesthetic of the place was beautiful too, with stylish décor and a really calming atmosphere throughout. It made the whole experience feel extra special.

We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back!

O hotel Scala é lindo, o café da manhã é delicioso e com muitas opções de comida e fomos muito bem recebidos pela Oana que é muito divertida e simpática!
Eles tem estacionamento próprio e custa 90 RON por dia. Tivemos também upgrade de quarto. Recomendo esse hotel pela beleza, simpatia das pessoas que lá trabalham e o café da manhã.
