Pros:

Pros:

Nice little beach bum type town. This hotel is on a wooded lot with cabins as your room. Beds were comfortable. AC worked, but as in much of Turkey, is only key is in the slot so it takes some time for the room to cool down. One thing to note, we booked a room with a description of having a bunk bed, but it was actually just a twin bed. Was quickly resolved by the staff who gave us an additional room to accommodate our 4 people.

Pros:

I’m generally not one for leaving reviews but this one deserves a mention. The grounds are very reminiscent of stays I’ve had in Thailand. A fabulous authentic experience, we stayed longer than we intended to as we didn’t want to leave. The wooden bungalows are clean, well appointed with nice bathrooms. The grounds are full of nature with chickens and cats roaming freely. There are a couple of tree house type hangouts which are nice. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere created by the quality music played in the dining area and by the father and son hosts who made our stay very pleasant. Breakfasts were amazing with a slightly different twist every day. We had a couple of evening meals there which were some of the best food we’d eaten in Cirali. It’s a very short easy walk to the beach, a supermarket and the town. We visited in September when the rivers are dry but will not hesitate to stay here again perhaps in April when the waters are flowing. Highly recommended

5 stars in the nature
Pros:

It was a wonderful experience.
Although the place is inside the nature, not a single insect in and around the rooms.
Everything was pretty clean.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Also it is a pet friendly hotel indeed. Our dog enjoyed the place too.
The restaurant of the hotel was beyond my expectations. We had 3 nights and had 3 dinners in there. Wanted to taste the whole menu (We actually did) and had no reason to search for others options in the area.
Will definitely stay again next year.

Ask for newest Bungalow
Pros:

The hospitality was excellent but the bungalow we were allocated was very tired and dated . I have to say it was not acceptable really and I don’t like to say it . It smelt musty and the shower room was not up to modern standards. I really do not think it should be offered to guests. The breakfast and evening meal were very good .The owner and staff were lovely. I can only suggest asking for one of the newer bungalows.

Pros:

The Kibala Hotel consists of a number of cabins in a beautiful garden. Each one feels quite private, ours had a lovely rocking chair and chair and a little table. Inside is a sitting room with a fridge and kettle, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The owner is calm, friendly and has a great eye for detail. Breakfast is an event in itself, served under a vine canopy and with a changing array of delicious plates.
The beach is a ten minute stroll and there are plenty of restaurants at the beach and in the village to choose from, dinner at Kibala is also available and we ate there three times in a week and it was also lovely.
Thank you Bulent - I hope that is spelt ok! We'll be back.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Lovely bungalows with amazing friendly service! We loved Cirali and these bungalows were in a perfect location a few minutes from the beach. The breakfasts were tasty and they even made us a vegetarian dinner one night. Brent and his staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Lovely relaxing small hotel with extremely welcoming staff. Log cabins are comfortable and clean and set in a beautiful garden with fruit trees. Excellent breakfasts which the owner takes a lot of care over. It was a pleasure to stay here and be so well looked after.

Cosy bungalows in the garden
Pros:

Our host was excellent. He was helpful, knowledgeable about the area and an amazing cook as well. We enjoyed walks along the beach and to the nearby fascinating sights of the chimaera (flaming rocks), and found it close enough for day visits in the car to historic Phaselis and up the cable car to Mt Tahtali. The bed was comfortable and the wifi excellent.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Fantastic Food
Pros:

Kibala Hotel and its hospitable owner Bulent made our long weekend in Cirali perfect. The large bungalows are spaced out across a lush green space with orange and lemon trees, treehouses, and a vegetable garden. It feels like paradise, even before you walk the 10 minutes to the gorgeous beach and ruins of Olympos. Bulent took wonderful care of my friends and I over the long weekend. The Turkish breakfast he served every day was incredible, complete with homemade olives and pickles, fresh cheeses and breads, homemade preserves, made-to-order eggs, and fresh flowers on the table. His dinners were even better and a steal for the (very low) fixed price-- grilled fish, fresh vegetables from the garden, wonderful soups, and baklava. He has a great selection of affordable Turkish wines too.
When my friends and I hiked up to the flame of Chimaera and it began pouring rain, Bulent drove out to the trailhead of his own initiative and picked us up, saving us the cold, wet walk home. He told us about the best hikes in the area, and even led us on a hike through wildflower meadows to a beautiful gorge. While he might not have the time to lead hikes in the peak of summer (we visited in the off-season), he brings that level of care and attention to every element of the stay. He also had fantastic music from all corners of the world playing in the lodge, such a refreshing change from the muzak played in so many tourist haunts. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cirali; Kibala feels heavenly.

Beautiful Place, great staff, great accomodations!
Pros:

Our cabin was neat and clean and similar to what we love about going North in MN. The scenery was breathtaking. We were able to walk off our porch and pick a delicious orange and eat right there. There was a stream flowing right behind us that was amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of moving water. The sea and beach were 10 minute walk away.

The owner and staff were as friendly and as hospitable as I've ever experienced. We'll definitely be going back! The breakfast was top-notch.

Relaxing getaway and talented chef...
Pros:

After a busy week in frenetic Istanbul, arriving at the Kibala was a welcome respite. Set amongst the gardens guests are greeted by hammocks in front of rustic but well-appointed cabins. I slept so soundly there. It seemed as if the owner Bulent had thought of everything and he was very helpful at suggesting local attractions or arranging transfers.

But it was the food that made our stay at the Kibala an experience I will never forget. We were so impressed with the first night's dinner that we booked dinner at the hotel the remainder of our stay. Bulent should be given a couple Michelin stars. This man cooked the best fish I have ever eaten. Then the next morning we were blown away by the included breakfast service. It was a work of art.

The whole experience was top-notch and I felt the staff was genuinely friendly. Seljuk was especially helpful. What a smile this kid had. The Kibala ended up being a highlight of my vacation.

Great hospitality
Pros:

Bulent, the owner, and the whole staff are very gracious and welcoming. The location is good, about a 10-15 minute easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants available there. The Kibala is rustic, but comfortable. We had a triple, a living room with sofa, mini-bar, coffee/tea making supplies. The bed was very comfortable and we slept quite well in the quiet atmosphere. The bathroom was absolutely clean and had a nice shower. We had a porch for reading but I also enjoyed reading in the communal outdoor space where there was an outlet to charge my laptop while I worked. Breakfast was enormous and good. Perfectly scrambled eggs. We had dinner one night, which also was a gigantic amount of food. I felt a little embarrassed that I just couldn't make much of a dent, although it was good. They have a nice selection of wine available. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. I would have liked to be closer to the beach, but I found nothing closer that was of comparable quality for the price.
